Pedi N Nails

I took my 4 year old daughter yesterday to get her nails and toes painted, for her preschool graduation. They were nice but was surprised at $33.00She had shellac polish on her nails and today she comes home from daycare and 5 nails are bare. She said it just peeled off....so not happy!!

Waited to see if it would go away and avoid a review but because it hasn’t I believe I should leave one. About a month ago I went for a pedicure and bio gel nails. My big toe has been severely infected ever since. I thought it would go away on its own with epsom salt soaks but it still has not and has caused so much pain to walk. Very disappointed.

I've enjoyed a pedicure here. Did shellac and weeks later it still looks good. I've been getting my brows waxed here as well. Quick and a good price.Brought my 6yr old last week, she got shellac finger nails. 1 week later they still look awesome. The staff was so awesome and my daughter absolutely loved it!

Very pleased with this place. Started going here several months ago and I always been pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. The place is spacious bright and clean and that makes my heart sing. They use individual new plastic in the pedicure baths so you always feel protected. Highly recommended.

Gina is the best she always does such a phenomenal job on nails. And Danny is so funny and kind. My favourite place to go!

Went there on 11/19/22 to have my acrylics removed and shellac on bio nails. I spent $50 just for the shellac to start peeling and chipping within DAYS of having it on. Lately Pedi n Nails have been really hit & miss, and I’ve seriously considered taking my business elsewhere. $50 for chipping shellac? Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible place! How can you cut the nail before asking what length I want? I am paying you to do what I want, right? The short man who works there seemed like a weasel! Took my daughter there, and they thought because she's young, they could trick her into paying more money.Honestly, there are other great nail places, avoid this one.

Very unhappy with my visit… I called to make an appointment to get my acrylics taken off as they had been growing out. I get there - very unsociable interaction and welcoming I might add- and get seated. The nail technician proceeds to take off my acrylics with a plastic nail tip very roughly and in hurry. I asked if they do soak off for acrylics and she just looks at me and says no and continues to peel off my nails. She was in such a hurry only to finish, pick her her phone and do whatever on it…. Then when they charged me, they charged me a different price than what it says on the board. I could have saved myself the money and peeled them off at home if I knew they weren’t going to remove them in the proper manner. Left the salon with busted up natural nails due to lack of proper removal. So ridiculous.

I had my shellac toe polish changed and my biogel nails filled with shellac. They were ready for me right at 930 and Gina was great and SO fast...I will definitely be back! I love love love the color!!

I have been going to Pedi N Nails for years. I do not go every week or every month, but when I need my fingernails or toes done? I go there. Last time I was there was in January. I usually get shellac on both. But now that it is sping, I wanted to be able to change my toe colour more often. Shellac is such a process to remove. I had been given nail strips at Christmas, so I wanted to try them on my fingers. What I needed was a full pedi with regular polish (French) and my cuticles done on my hands. Called after work on Wednesday and was told they were busy. To go in at 6. Ok! That’s fine. When I got there, there was only one person in a chair. They started my pedi. Horrible!!! Removed the schellac, barely touched my cuticles, ran the “cheese grader” over both heals about 3 times. Put a base coat - clear on my toes, drew the white on and put a top coat on that. French usually has a bit of colour, like beige or pink? Nope! At this time I realized I was the only one there. 2nd manicurist was standing watching (or waiting?). Lady then proceeds to my hands. Soak in cold water, quick snip of cuticles and went to clip down my nails. I said no, that I didn’t need a clip or a file. I had done that already. While I was getting the 2 coat toe polished dried, she proceeds to put her stuff away and reach for her jacket. Wait? They are open till 8? But I guess they decided with the sun to leave early. $20 for clipping my cuticles on my hands. $35 for my feet. I stood there in shock. $20 to clip my cuticles? Pedi was not worth $35 for 15 min’s work. Of course I get the cash option, which I do not do regularly as they just pocket that. Which in my opinion is not fare to people who have to pay income tax. And yes, I know that the quickly places usually do encourage cash. Regardless, my service was not even to par and me as a customer was obviously not appreciated. Even if I have been there several, several times before. I will not go back if I’m not appreciated.
