Very poor expierence. My mother went in with a reference photo and came out very upset. It is completely opposite of what she wanted and was extremely clear as to what she wanted. Obviously the hair dresser didn't listen and she is now embarrassed to leave her bedroom. There is no way to fix her hair, buzz it or leave it and be embarrassed of her hair.

Had a haircut there yesterday and it was terrible. My hair is a mess and the woman had me facing away from the mirror for most of the time. Then she has the nerve to charge me $42, what a joke. Steer clear of this sorry excuse of a salon
