Very helpful staff, with lots of vacuum parts.

Highly recommend this store! Needed a part for my Miele vacuum. Called and got friendly, prompt service. Part cost $40 installed for free. Had a quote from another vacuum shop in the lower mainland. Didn't have part in stock, but would order it for me if I was willing to wait. Cost: $100.

My mother had bought a used vacuum from this shop three years ago. She had been using a pet carpet powder and plugged it up, and thought she ruined the motor.She took it in and he was able to fix it. It looked and sounded like new. He hardly charged her anything.She told me it was the best vac shop she has ever been to. I have to agree.

I brought my 30 year old miracle mate into Bob and asked if he could do anything to improve the suction. Bob offered to tune it up for $49. He had it back to me in two days and it works like it did 20 years ago! He did what ever was required to make it work properly and even repaired the cord at no extra cost. Very happy with the result would highly recommend bringing your vacuum here for any repairs.

I have used the services of this vacuum shop a few times over the past many, many years and recommend it very highly. Each time I have needed him, the gentleman who owns the shop has been kind, honest and helpful. His repairs allowed me to use my previous vacuum far longer than it should have lasted. My current vacuum is a used one, and the powerhead and wand ended up needing a part replacement, some maintenance, and a small repair. I took them in this week, and this shop did an excellent job in a timely fashion, and even fixed a chord issue that I had not mentioned without charging for it. He also gave me some advice for how to extend the life of the vacuum. Go here to get your vacuum maintained and replaced. I would definitely recommend this place. We bought a Tristar vacuum there from Bob and it works wonderful. I needed a vacuum that would actually suck up dirt after buying so many vacuums at other places and none of them were really any good. He had it ready for us in a few days with new motor and every and gave it to us for a really good price. I asked him what kind of bags I needed for the vacuum and he gave me a package for free. Very, very nice guy. He even phoned us a couple of days later to see how the vacuum was working for out for us.

I have been dealing with The Vacum Shop for years. Bob is a very personable business man with good work ethics. He has very reasonable prices and takes the time to explain things and show you what work was done on your vacum. He is very reliable and accurate with his outcome in terms of getting the job done and what he needs to do. I was very pleased with the pride he takes in his job. He is a humble man who cares for his clients! I would highly recommend Bob!

I've had to have vacuum systems fixed in two homes I own. On both occasions I've gone to see Bob at the vacuum shop - he's through, explains the possible problems, shares where he would start and let's you decide. There is no pressure and he is willing to do what he can to make repairs as cost efficient as possible. He's gone out of his way to make things work properly. I'd send anyone the for a quality end result.

Very helpful. I needed a vacuum cleaner belt. Had it in stock, and WAY cheaper than Amazon. Shop local, and support these small businesses. They repair, and stock all of your vacuum needs. FYI vacuum cleaner bags great price!
