Hart Transmission and Mechanical

Brought my 2012 Mitsubishi on for a check engine light that turned out to be just a loose gas cap, they road tested and checked out my worn out tie rods. I used my flexiti card to finance my repair and Sam was super helpful getting this set up. I was in and out in one day and Hannah at the front desk was helpful and so was the shop foreman Roger. I felt confident in their recommendations and service and I will bring my vehicle back here for anything else I need. Trustworthy, reliable and friendly! Sam went above and beyond helping me figure out financing. Great service!

Got them to do a remove and replace with new transmission in my truck. I've only driven it under 10 kms but seems to be ok.I would suggest that everyone looks at their itemized bill before paying. They took it upon themselves to do $130 of work without my authorization. I have a written, itemized quote from them. When I asked about the extra charge the shop foreman came out and tried to intimedate me. Saying he should have charged me $550 more.When the owner finally came out to talk to me she gave no apologies for not calling to authorize the extra charge, instead she tried to tell me that it's common in their industry to do an extra $130 on an $8600 bill. We talked for a while, not once an apology for not calling for authorization. All I got was a well I made it right by refunding you $126.48". And then "well now I'm 30 mins late for my kid's football".Lots of notes on the bill but no one comes out to explain them. Mine says "noticed brake pulsation when stopping". Shop foreman or owner could have maybe explained that? But they try to intimidate you into paying unauthorized charges instead.If you're going to Hart Transmission

Hart charged me $190 for a diagnosis of my transmission overheating. They then said I need to replace my CVT and that it is unrepairable at a cost of $5800-$14000. I went to their competitor for a second opinion. The competitor gave me a free diagnosis and repair options. My transmission now works fine after $350 service by the competitor. Hart may not have competency in CVT repair.

I had an amazing experience with Hart transmission. My windshield washer fluid froze and they helped me out and got things back to normal for me before things became damaged.The staff is so nice and helpful!They offer many services as well.I would recommend going there for your auto needs. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Roger and his staff have helped me and my family with everything from oil changes to new car inspections and repairs. They are always honest and fair with findings and pricing. I would recommend hart to anyone.

Part of me doesn't wanna tell the anyone about this place. I feel like I may never be able to get my truck in here again if the secret gets out. This place is awesome. If you want quality work with no bs? This is the spot. This place is especially talented with diesels. Side note... I think the secret is out everyone I talk to knows this place and can't say enough good things about them.
