Saint Rose of Lima Junior High School

I feel as if my education was not important to the many teacher that worked there. I rarely got work to do in class. Most classes everyone would just fool around because we were not being taught properly.

Please note that my two daughters attend there going to grade 7 and 5 having been there since kindergarten and I think the principal Mr. Fortier is fantastic, all the teachers have been good, I really think they are learning good principles that will help them in life. They have been taught concepts that though I don't agree with entirely all the time in general are in agreement with the Bible.

Hello this is Peter on behalf of ITZ those guys my experience in this has been roller coaster.This school does not respect everyone equally but only use favouritism.If were to describe this in one word it would be hell, this school treats some students with respect but they would treat the other like cat litter, they assume some are doing bad things because the teachers don't like them even if the student don't do anything.This school is not clean someone come poop but wouldn't flush it at all until the next day.This school is also kinda sexist, the teachers would respect girls but treat us boys like garbage we don't even have much privacy as girls in the washrooms.French is okay, some teachers are nice.I WANT VENDING MACHINES.Us elementary children have to wait outside at -22 degrees while the junior highs get to stay inside and if we try to go in we get in trouble.If you don't want an unsanitary school with toxic teachers and horrible rules I wouldn't go here.On my last for grade 6 we were locked in our class rooms with no way out not even for washrooms we treated like prisoners.Most of my friends left because of how horrible this school is and more of them are planning to.In lunch we weren't allowed to stand up or go to the washroom once we go in my friend got his soda confiscated.I highly do not recommend this schoolI am very excited to leave in grade 9 from this hell.

This school was bad experience in grade 5 my teacher always blamed me on something I haven’t done and when i dropped my eraser and i went to pick it up i got in trouble had to skip recess and stay out of the class i truly don’t recommend this school

This school is by far the worst ive been at. The teachers show genuine favoritism and the way teachers educate their students are old school. A teacher ripped up my drawing during free time and I ended up crying. DON'T GO HERE. ITS GENUINELY BAD

honestly the school was unfair and mainly bias. they had this motto school of extraordinary respect" But how do they say something like this. No student or teacher shows ant respect

It’s a great school and environment to be at.The school is fun and has lots of opportunities for you transitioning your english habits to french. I’ve been at that school for 3 good years and it was amazing. I recommend.All though when I was at the school, there was a lot of harassment. Older kids weren’t very respectful to teachers or students younger. Especially 9,8 &7. A lot of social media issues, fights and threats. But if the principal, M. Fortier would add some regulations among the issues. It would be perfect. The teachers help you to become a master at french. Mme. Edwige, is one professional. She’s really good at keeping the class concentrated. She helps you get better at french. By making us communicate during class time with her, in french. Which provides better french in communication. I’ve read other reviews about the school. In fact i knew Adrienne, there wasn’t any bullies issues, she fitted in perfectly fine. No one is perfect so no one can always act in your favours. But the students are welcoming and kind. They treat you like family. You get a special connection around the school, if you’ve graduated you’re always welcomed to come by and visit.

Hi um a gurl and im in grade 6 rn and im thinking of going there for grade 7 but yea everyone should be treated equally not just girls even boys and idk should i ho i cant go to terry fox

the school is honestly terrible. The students suck, a lot of bullying goes on in this school. Education is also pretty poor because of all the distractions, and the teachers don’t really deal with it. I wouldn’t recommend this school at all.
