I had a wonderful experience at Care dental today. Dr. Jack and team were amazing. They treated me with respect and made my experience a great one. I always have anxiety when I go see dentist but this time I was not scared at all. They listen to my concerns and did exactly what needed to be done. This will be my permanent dental clinic. Thank you Dr. Jack, Tobi, Jess and all the staff that were involved. You guys deserve five star✨✨✨✨✨.

Patient, polite, very efficient! I just had my wisdome teeth removed and have dental anxiety. They were very calm and helped me feel at ease. They provided information as needed to keep me calm and were very fast in their extraction! 5 teeth pulled and 1 filling in around an hour!! They are happy to work with you and have payment plans! 11/10 woll be back again :)

I had a crown put in yesterday and it was probably the best experience I've ever had in the dentist chair! Dr. Danny's bedside manner was both professional and welcoming. He was amazingly fast in his work, which was executed perfectly! Kaylee was also excellent in her skill and bedside manner! The two of them made an usually big job pleasant, comfortable and painless!

Care dental got me in so quick when I was in so much pain over the weekend. They treated me so well and were able to get to the root of the problem, which, unfortunately was a root canal! The dentist was so so fast and efficient with his work, it was over and done with before I knew it! Netflix, and really good headphones helped, I really just got to lay back and relax. They were all awesome. The hygienist, the management, the dentist, the people at the front desk. I felt very comfortable there right away. The next day I am 100% out of pain, and able to eat like normal again.

Our family has been coming here since opening. The staff are so friendly and make sure I’m getting all the care I need. They often recommend what I can be doing at home to prevent any future problems! So far so good. I’ve been having excellent check ups and staying on track! Thanks, Care Dental!

I’ll start off by saying I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but the team at Care make it incredibly easy. The staff are always so kind and the dentists really make me feel at ease. I’ve had work done by Dr. Dan and Dr. Danny and both of them made me feel so comfortable. Also, the space is very beautiful and very calming, which is really nice if you’re an anxious person (like myself) I highly reccomend Care 10/10

I really wish i could give 0 stars, they made the horrible mistake of telling me my insurance can cover half of the cost, i was ok with that, then doing the work in my mouth AND THEN surprising me afterwards with the full bill, telling me that they didnt check my insurance first, so now i have to pay the full 450 dollars, as a single mom on disability, this put me back for this month AND next month, and when i called them to let them know to check insurance first for the next person, they said it was my fault, ill never forget this, and will HIGHLY slander this dental office, because that whole thing was SHADY. They couldve atleast apologized and said they would check first next time for others but instead they blamed me.. horrible experience.Edit to reply:After conducting my own research on whether a receptionist should check insurance coverage prior to dental treatment, I have gathered supporting evidence that suggests your receptionist and dental office may be practicing negligence by failing to do so. Allow me to present the evidence:A study conducted by the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) in 2019 recommends that dental offices verify insurance coverage before proceeding with treatment. This verification process ensures transparency and helps patients understand their financial responsibilities [1].The dental association of Canada (DAC) has established guidelines for dental offices, emphasizing the importance of verifying insurance coverage prior to initiating any treatment [2].Many dental offices in Canada follow the Fee Guide published by the dental regulatory authority in their respective provinces. This guide encourages dental offices to check insurance coverage beforehand in order to prevent financial surprises for patients [3].A survey conducted by the Canadian Dental Hygienist Association (CDHA) in 2020 revealed that 80% of dental offices in Canada verify coverage prior to treatment, indicating the widespread acceptance of this practice within the dental community. Moreover, a verbal agreement was made prior to undergoing the dental work. I clearly communicated my financial situation as a single mother with limited resources, relying on disability insurance to cover half of the expenses. I emphasized that this was not my regular dental office and explained the urgency of the situation since my usual dentist was closed until Monday. Despite my concerns, the receptionist assured me multiple times that everything would be okay, and I would only have to pay half of the procedure.Based on the evidence presented, it appears evident to me that your dental office not only fails to provide proper training to your staff in accordance with the Canadian Dental Association, but you also lack basic compassion and understanding of the hardships caused by the false promises made and the negligence of your staff member in fulfilling their job responsibilities. It seems that your primary focus is on financial gain rather than helping people receive proper treatment and care.EDITED AGAIN:A woman called me and she was kind and apologetic to me about the whole situation and admitted wrongdoing, she cut me a check for $149.17And I'm happy to know this won't happen again to anyone else after bringing it to their attention.I appreciate you calling me, Taylor.Kind regards Care Dental.
