It’s the holidays, my dad happens to like Wok Box so I decided to buy him $60 in gift cards. I asked the guy that took my payment if I could please have a small take out container to put the gift cards in as it’s a Christmas gift for my dad. He said “I can’t do that” and handed me a cheap sleeve to put them in. They literally had stacks upon stacks of take out containers of all sizes and I just wanted one small container. If they can’t spare a less than 5cent take out container after a customer spent $60 in gift cards, I can only imagine the other corners they are trying to cut to save a penny. Will not be supporting this location ever again, all over a simple take out container…brutal.

20 minute wait for soup. Vietnamese Beef Pho.Extremely oily and tasteless broth. Green onions and 2 slices of lime only. I always give a restaurant 3 tries. 3 strike this one is out.

This type of restaurant is a great idea and we cant wait for the location on Dakota to open.The venue is clean and quiet and the lone staff member was friendly while multi tasking, taking phone orders, taking orders from live customers, working the till, cooking the meals and then serving them to customers! At least two staff are required for this establishment to function efficiently no matter how hard working the lone staff member is. Parking is free and right out the front door with no impediments for access.Condiments should be available on the counter without having to ask.We ordered the regular size Pad Thai which was more than enough excellent in presentation and served to us piping hot. However when the menu states we will receive an egg with the pad Thai order and do not and then are told they never provide them that is false advertising.Either include the egg with this dish or remove it from the menu.food 4/5service 5/5venue 3/5

Expensive and ridiculously long order time. 1 person is working and doing everything. They are quick to take your money but sooooo slow to make your food. This is the last time !!

Overall really good, I usually have a very good experience. The rice boxes are a bit expensive but you do get a lot of food in them and they are delicious and definitely high quality. The poutines are outstanding. Ishan gives outstanding service and takes great care in preparing the food.

This location is good and busy. Parking is available in the mall and in front of the business could be little concern if looking for close parking spot. Wok box menu items comes with great variety. Customer service is good so far at this location.

This is our first time to visit here. Nice food. Friendly staffs! We usually don’t eat too much non-traditional Asian food but we are highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered Ginger Beef, so nice. My husband loves DanDan noodle box. Of course we will back to here!!!
