Went and got an eye exam today,I would have absolutely ran the other way had I based my expectations on these reviews.From my experience, Carolyn was absolutely fantastic to deal with! She was extremely helpful and genuinely went the extra mile to assist with everything today.I could not have had a more pleasant interaction with her and the team.The optician was very thorough with his exam, was quite personable and I would utilize his services again in a heart beat.Take these one * reviews with a grain of salt.

Carolyn has poor attitude as does Alexander. Rude and nasty to customers. Go to the Welland Avenue store. And they dont practice social distancing at this location.

Paid $75 for an eye exam there. Wanted to order glasses online elsewhere with more affordable prices and when I called to ask them for my pupil distance measurements, the lady told me with a snarky tone that they don’t want people buying glasses elsewhere and that the measurement costs an extra $35 if you want it don’t.I was never told this upfront, one would assume it would be included, but they want to run a racket here.Would not recommend

They never answer there phone. You can call a million times and they never answer. When your in the store there is never enough staff working to help you and if you do find staff to help you they never know where anything is located.
