Halton Foot & Orthotic Clinic

I had a consultation for my foot problems today. The staff member was knowledgeable, cordial, and professional throughout the appointment, including conversation, examination and taking three-dimensional scans of my feet. Halton Foot and Orthotic Clinic will be making orthotics for me and I can't wait to receive them!

Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mathi, he was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. From assessing my foot needs because of RA, recommending a product, fitting the product and following up, Eric was exceptional! Definitely recommend!

UPDATEI again reached out by email as I work long hours, and obviously because I will not remove my experience and how they caused me such upset, they refuse to treat me. I don't know who to file a complaint with, but I have been advised my many who have read my emails and their replies and now the fact they chose to just ignore a question, people reach out when they need an answer, is it okay , when a clinic refuses to treat someone based on judgement. They claim they want to be sure everyone is pain free, but not me. I am left extremely upset by judgement and left with no help as of yet. They may have positives reviews but discrimination or refusal to treat is not right in this world.I removed the review as they requested, they asked me to reach out to see if they could resolve the situation privately.. I asked no phone call (as I work 8-6 ) I do not know their exact hours. and they left me to intimidated to call, I email so I have records of a conversation. I emailed yesterday asking again how they can help, and to this time, still no email reply, its seems they care about their reviews and are definitely not willing to support someone with severe foot pain, I even apologized for burdening them as they made me feel, explaining I still have been unable to find the help needed hence still in constant pain. I did not ask but as they mentioned they even kept me on a waitlist for yesterday, guess no one cancelled, and I am willing to drive 45 mins because they were recommended, and as upset as I have been left, they have not made any attempt to communicate via email. yes I did say please do not call , but to refuse to answer an email, or understand a person struggling with mental health issues. I just do not understand. I have shared my experience with many medical personnel these last couple of days, its very upsetting, offer things you cannot hold up to. At least suggest another place if you cannot accommodate or do not wish to treat a person.

Eric was knowledgeable and made sure we understood the treatment plan. He was able to surgically correct my sons ingrown toenail. The staff even called me the next day to check up on how he was doing. Very happy with my experience from start to finish. We will be back to get our custom orthotics from here.
