First time in here. So many great choices for skirts/pants etc. And can't wait to go back to pick up some new items for my wardrobe that I can make work with some tips I already have. Cashier was very polite and rang my daughter through quickly.

I went to this store with my dad, and we went and picked a jacket. We chose a jacket that was around $300-$500, and we thought that it would be good for winter break. I used it in eastern Canada, and for the first 2 weeks, it was pretty good. Until it started to rip apart out of nowhere, and the branding badge fell off. We remembered that there was a no return policy, and we were only informed about it while we completed paying, NOT EVEN WHILE ENTERING THE STORE. Please check reviews before you buy from places, and from my experience here, just don't buy it from here. You wont be able to return what you purchased. I would recommend the other stores around it, me and my dad looked there and they had nicer ones that were cheaper and wouldn't have broken after 2 weeks of use.

I bought a jacket but it was completly damaged and torn after wearing 1time. After complaining and going there for 3 times i didnt get any respond yet. The quality is awful.

Another rip off scam store ,I bought a shirt and tried to return it within an hour or so ( turns out there xl is more of a medium )When I went back they claimed it was a no return policy so I asked where that sighn was that stated that? then she reaches over and turns a sighn to within view that had there policy on it ,to bad it wasn't viewable to start, and of course the typical sorry there's no manager for the store to talk to, they said I could exchange it for something else but of course there was nothing , so I'm SOL seems like a quick money grabbing place to me who's policy is to fk there clients Twassen Mills should watch there reputation I know ill never go back

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The customer service representative is supposed to be looking at all the receipts before making a decision.She told me you should have shown me the receipts when i had already kept the garment and receipt in front of her. I literally had to read that out for her what was written on the receipt to honour my ask. Even then she was not apologetic. She had no manners and was extremely rude. What a damage to the store!!! I am never going to this store again because of the BAD service i received today.

Prices are fair but used to be very good but for some reason has gotten almost too expensive they do have a great selection of nice clothes the end of each season is the best time to buy for the year after then it's a great price

I walked into the store today at 6:45pm and the person at the till yelled SORRY WE'RE CLOSED" while the gates were WIDE OPEN and the mall closes at 7pm. That's bad customer service and you lost a few potential customers."

If I had the option I would give it a -1 the cashier insulted us and told us to leave and tried to over charge by adding 5$ more than the original price this place is a scam and I don’t recommend

The guy that works here, is awesome with his customer service. Very polite and knows how to deal with customers. He should get a raise.
