Always enjoy going to this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Went in with my shy rescue that wasn't eating, and they tried many treats and food, and we found 2 that he did eat.

You used to be able to just walk in and use the dog wash if it was available. Today they refused me because there was an appointment in 45 mins. I was ready to go and there was no one in there. I feel like 45 mins would have been ample time for me to use ONE OF TWO stalls, as well as the cleanup. Ridiculous. Was the appointment a dog wash party or something?? Very annoyed and I likely won't be back.

They took down my other review without resolving the problem (: so basically if you are BIPOC do not touch anything or else they will follow you and assume you are stealing! We've shopped at this location since 2014 for our animals, yet get treated with racial microagressions. I've talked to other people and they've had similar experiences.

Absolutely love coming here employees are so nice and I love that I can bring my dogs. Also I love that they almost always have a cat that I can say hi too while my partner gets rats for his snake

Some of the staff are not very Customer friendly. You get the feeling that you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. They are quick to dismiss you and finish their tasks.Also, animals that are in a public spaces, such as a retail store need to be muzzled or restrained properly. Come on be a responsible pet owner and business. If your pet has social anxiety, shopping will not be a fun experience. Staff needs to pay attention to even the furry shoppers.

Stopped in to view their options as I don't usually shop at these places for food and treats.Wanted to get my cats a special treat-food instead of their regular wet snack and temptations. Kept being watched and asked if I needed anything. Yes, I asked for the location of all their treats and food types and that was all I needed. I wanted to read and browse their options and read the packaging, I told them this. Every few minutes they would watch me and ask me again if I needed help. At first it was okay but there's 6-7 other people in there, and after the 10th time of being asked I just bought two cheaper snack items and left. Wasn't in there longer than 10 minutes.Felt rushed and watched the entire time.Uncomfortable visit-service. I understand you want to help but if I needed it I would've asked. Was going to give 2 star but I understand you trying to help and prevent any loss.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. But the prices have skyrocket! Our special dog food went from 62.99 in November up to 79.99 in March! That is an increase of almost 27% in only 5 months! Sorry, but from now on it will be regular dog food from the grocery stores.

Super helpful! They were able to make specialized dog tags for both my puppies in under 5 mins and great price!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable Good quality food and treats for our furbabies with lots of toys and pt supplies. Highly recommend.
