Let us start by just saying “Aroma Kitchens & Baths Inc.”” is an exceptional place and all credit goes to Hetal Mistry - from design to the execution of the project in the most professional manner.We started our Kitchen renovation “idea” by visiting three different designers and then we were referred to Aroma Kitchen by one of our close friends...and our search ended right at the first meeting with Hetal !!!A “BIG Thanks” to Hetal - a terrific person. Thank you Hetal for your professionalism, knowledge and honesty – much more than we had ever dreamed of. There were no sales pressure nor gimmicks, but a transparent and trust worthy experience. From the moment we entered Aroma Kitchen, we never felt that we were dealing with a sales organisation. Hetal took a great time in explaining details of our choices – and helped us to understand a number of options with our design. Each and every questions and concerns were not only answered but were provided with the BEST solutions. Once the project design was finalised, Hetal helped us during the complete process including selection of the contractor to selection of the Counter Top and Back splash design that would look terrific. His professionalism and attention to the details were impeccable. Basically during the whole process Hetal ensured that we were comfortable.Not to forget mentioning Kitchen Installer Robert and other staff members of Aroma Kitchen that did an excellent work too.In short, from beginning to end Aroma Kitchen brought an excellent service. We used Aroma Kitchen for in-built cabinets in our living room. Hetal and team were very professional and we were very pleased with the end result. I'd highly recommend this team for any projects you are looking to do.

Aroma has now done two kitchens for us (in 2 homes) and 3 kitchens based on recommendations to friends of ours.We have always loved working with Hetal. He listens, is responsive, and can innovate your wants into the design. He's also just a great guy who you miss once the work is finished! The quality of his designs and their installations are 10/10 - they think of and pay attention to the details the customer expects but doesn't necessarily articulate.The industry is going through challenging times this year because of supply chain and labour challenges - we did experience some delays, but they were clearly communicated and that's all one can ask. We've recommended Aroma to other before and would do so to others again without hesitation!

Hetal and his crew were brought in to our renovation after the previous kitchen company did not complete the job correctly. The work was completed as promised with care and attention to detail. We are very happy with the work Aroma completed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for kitchen and/or bathroom work. Thank you, Hetal! During Covid, a few of our friends undertook Kitchen reno projects. With lessons learnt from their undertakings, we undertook our own reno project in April 2022. Hetal Mistry and Aroma kitchens was a referral from our neighbor who engaged with this Company a few years ago. Having done my own research, Hetal knew from the get go that I had certain expectations if we were to move forward with his Company.We decided with Aroma Kitchens for 2 primary reasons - Hetal collaborates and listens to his customer and has a lot of patience. He is not selling you his design but puts together a kitchen concept after incorporating the customers must haves and functionality. To me, functionality over aesthetic appeal was paramount and he delivered. Secondly, if you run into issues, he thinks on his feet and is a solution finder. There are surprises always, no matter how thorough a planner you are, because you don't know what is behind your wall.The biggest advantage working with Aroma kitchens was the proximity of his showroom and manufacturing facility to our home. Being local, if ever there is an issue he can take the cabinet back to the shop adjust/fix and bring it back the next day.During the install phase, Hetal came in a few times to check on the progress. We engaged separate trades and we coordinated everything ourselves as we did not have a General contractor - flooring and tile specialist, Aroma for kitchen design and cabinetry, a master electrician for electricals, paint contractor and window treatments.We are happy with the end result. We love our kitchen and will recommend Aroma kitchens to friends.

Happy to say we have just completed our custom kitchen install with Aroma.From start to finish Hetal and his team have been totally engaged and extremely professional at the same time being so friendly and easy to work with. The team was more than accommodating to any of our suggestions or changes. We are so happy! Everyone who comes over remarks how much they love it - functional and beautiful.

We moved into a brand new home in 2017 and knew that Hetal and Preety Mistry from Aroma Kitchens would create a dream kitchen for us! Everyone who has seen our kitchen thinks it belongs in a magazine! Everything turned out amazing - from the design consultation to the final execution.They also remodelled our bathrooms, designed our mud room and built custom cabinetry in our playroom!In 2020 they also designed and installed a full kitchen in our basement. The quality and craftsmanship of the materials were excellent. The professionalism of their installers and tradesmen was also great.Thank you Aroma Kitchens for helping us achieve our dreams!

This company is overrated. From the time the job was done I had to pay other company 20k to correct the mistakes made. Handyman job at very high price. I regret working with Aroma. I will never ever recommend this company to nobody. Very disappointing experience we had and because of that I have to share.

It’s been a few months since Aroma renovated our kitchen (a complete gut job that included removing a wall). I wanted to say that the work of the crew was incredible (both Leo the contractor and Alex the electrician did an amazing job getting the work done). However, what disappointed me the most was with our designer Hetel. We were sold a vision that included some pretty good timelines, but mismanagement by him (delays with flooring, countertop measurements and a Magic Corner order) led to numerous delays with the project. A 3-4 week timeline was actually closer to 6 weeks. At the end of it all we were promised a refund (that had to do with some confusion regarding a new vinyl floor). But, to this day we have not received a refund or a call about the refund. While we are happy with the finished product, I couldn’t ever recommend this company to family or friends — unless you are looking for something to be overpromised and underdelivered.
