The company is very transparent and provides you all the information up front to help you prepare. On the day of our move, 3 men and a truck arrived on time! They immediately began unloading their moving supplies. We were very impressed by how organized and efficient they were. The men were very professional, friendly and efficient. They are nice, quick, and courteous. We have used them twice, and both times we were shocked at how quick and efficient they are. We were packed and ready to go, but they wrapped all dressers, mirrors, glass table tops, and the couch. As they were bringing stuff in, they checked in with me every time and asked where I wanted them to put the stuff. I'll be recommending them to my boss to use for her move, and anyone else that needs to move.

Truly disappointed based off all of the reviews.No communication to my questions after the deposit was taken. Showed up 3 hours late without a phone call and when I called, I had to call twice, they had no information. They overbilled me and didn't return the difference. Damage claim can't be filed as no one has called me back.Terrible customer service.Be warned they use 3rd party companies who can change your terms of agreement, including how and when to you can pay.
