Dave is great! Excellent knowledge of immigration. He helped me make a fairly complex application quickly, thoroughly and with superb attention to detail and even did so at a very reasonable price. 5 stars!

I called David Sage the other day, frustrated with an issue about my post graduat work visa, that i had been dealing with for about three days. I had called the cic, but they where unable to help me. David Sage manadged to solve the problem within 30 minutes! I highly recomend him to anyone who needs help with the visa applications. he is super aprochable, and is able to explain the problems thorughly. he was a great help.

I booked a 1 hour face to face consultation with Dave Sage to discuss my choices with regards to staying in Canada once my IEC expires next year. I was already somewhat familiar with the Express Entry and PNP routes but Dave and his colleague expertly clarified my situation for me and we discussed a practical and achievable process for getting an ITA. Dave and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

Dave is a life saver! I was referred to him by a friend, and presented him with a dire and time sensitive situation. At this point it was too late for me to start from scratch, and I thought my cause was lost. Dave intervened and used his resources and thorough knowledge of Canadian Immigration Law to save my application. His services are much better and more cost effective than starting from scratch, which at this point wasn't even an option for me if I wanted to stay in the country. He takes the time to explain complicated issues in terms you would understand, is an effective communicator and instills a sense of calm. He is genuine, honest and empathetic, qualities that are sometimes difficult to find in this industry. I'm a Permanent Resident and in this country because of Dave, and cannot speak highly enough of his character, work ethic and expertise.

I cannot speak more highly of Dave Sage, he is the reason I am still here happily living in Vancouver as a permanent resident. My case was very time sensitive and extremely stressful and quite complicated and Dave made it so much easier. I first used a lawyer who incorrectly advised me, and I'm not sure I would have got my PR without Dave. I bought a full package and Dave went above and beyond, he even drove to 2 border crossings with me one day. He is thoughtful, patient, a great communicator, empathetic to his clients, very resourceful and his information is extremely up to date. I think Dave is a rare find in his field and I cannot speak more highly of his skills in the immigration arena. If you need immigration counsel, you must use David Sage.

Stay away from him for a few reason * be mindful* #1 untrustworthy/ dishonesty: upon booking appointment on his website there's a question specifically asking about your case wether it's spouse sponsorship, investment or etc. We replied the question but as he was unable to answer our questions and he informed us in his entire career he only had maximum 2cases like us and he's really unfamiliar with the application. I would appreciate if he could let us know ahead of time upon booking the appointment#2unprofessional behaviour and expectations: (according to his comment in the review section if you wanna be Canadian you should care about his personal life and don't mind him running late ) he had a huge delay which later on he blamed it on his personal family issues (at 1st he said my wife is having a though pregnancy but later on he claimed his father passed away ). However we ended up staying longer hoping to get our two main questions answered. But it didn't happen. Also it's worth noting that during our conversation we insisted we don't want him review our application we wanted to get answers to only 2main questions we had I don't think it's an unusual request for $157 !#3 disorganized: when I waited at least half an hour for an hour appointment I don't think I should wait another half an hour for him to brew his coffee which tells he clearly slept through his alarm in the morning and then start googling my application guide in order to get familiar with it. If you say you're professional in something at least I expect you to be familiar with the general form even though it's been updated 6months ago.#4 misleading and deceiving promises: he assured us he is going to find the exact answer to our 2questions and email them to us which we never received anything except a request to write him a good review. That's why I'm writing this review after a few months. I just wanted to be fair and give him some time. Also we emailed him back and informed him that we're unsatisfied with his service and unable to lie so he claimed that's why we received a bonus coupon for another visit. But what's the point of wasting time while there won't be any improvement?!At the end I must say if you would like to chit chat with someone and pay for it I highly recommend him other than that he doesn't have the knowledge or integrity

After sending many email to different immigration company, either they won't reply, or asking me upfront a LOT of money or turn down my case. It was really simple for me: the renewal of my PR. Even it looks easy, I was not comfortable to do it myself because I had travelled a lot within the past 5 years. Filling up wrong and it could have result to a significant delay, I wanted get it right the first time. New Neighbour Consulting was the only company who replied quickly and offer me help right away. We scheduled a 15min (free!) meeting to asset my situation with Dave. After meeting him I was confident he will look after my case like his own. We only had one more meeting after that to make sure everything was ok and my application were send out quickly. It went smoothly. I received my new PR card last week, less than 2 weeks before the expiration of my old PR. My experience with New Neighbours Consulting was ever so smooth. When I first walked into Dave's office I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed and stressed out by visa deadlines and PR applications. Dave was able to break everything down and simplify the process for me and I always felt safe and secure through his consistent updates. Having someone with Dave's expertise was a huge relief and every query and concern I had (and there were multiple) was always answered by this gent. I couldn't recommend this service more and as a result I can now happily call Canada home.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dave Sage. I reviewed the files of many consultants and contacted a few, prior to engaging his services. I could see that by submitting my application without assistance, I risked wasting my time and the application expense. I wanted to be confident that I was proceeding in the right direction. Dave helped me understand the exact categories that I had the best opportunity to be considered for, within the self-employed class. Dave's expert knowledge saved me countless hours of research, and I don't expect that on my own I would have ever discovered or accurately interpreted the information I needed. His services were well worth the cost and the wait. I believe his consultant fees are low compared to the value he provides. I see that a prior reviewer had complained about Dave's unexpected family matters causing a delay. If one engages a huge expensive firm that can assign any available person to your case, then you can expect to never risk such delays. Dave was up front about his temporary difficulty, and I was patient about the delay. Being self-employed, I understand that juggling multiple projects requires delicate prioritizing. He handles his work professionally and with personal interest in his clients. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
