Teofista boxing stables (Private training center)

My sons had their first boxing matches at Teofista events, and our little club was always well treated. Eric always struck me as someone who was willing to learn and grow. That club has a different philosophy than some of the older clubs. Eric is willing to learn new things by branching out and seeking knowledge from the top names in the sport. His philosophy of always learning is a real contrast with most coaches, who think they already know it all. I would definitely recommend Teofista to parents who want their kids to learn as well as have an enjoyable boxing experience

Great gym for amateur to pro level boxers. With no formal experience myself, I’ve had fun and challenging sessions here. You can clearly see the heart and discipline his fighters embody around the clock or at Eric’s entertaining fight nights. And the gym is fit for all ages as Eric’s committed to helping build self defence skills, confidence, character and fitness.

Grew up with Eric have first had experience of his knowledge and passion he has put into this company. His accolades are second to none. Having several Champions and UFC fighters train through his program. Would highly recommend Teofista to everyone and anyone looking at getting into Boxing to help boast confidence, skills and athletic development.

Eric is an amazing coach and has always had a great team in the gym. Everyone is there to help develop each other. Anyone looking to either start boxing for the first time or if you’re looking for a coach to sharpen your skills this is the place for you.

Teofista was like a second home to me growing up!! I spent a lot of my childhood and teenage years there!! Eric is and will always be the best coach and trainer in the game!! If your looking for a boxing gym or somewhere to just train Teofista is the spot!!

Teofista boxing taught me what it means to persevere. To push beyond what you thought possible even in the most hopeless of matches. I have always been the shorter kid all my life and for many years I believed that made me weaker. But Teofista and its members showed me that true strength does not come from my height. It gave me more self confidence, my mental/physical health got better and most importantly it taught me that no matter the odds it isn’t always about win or lose, sometimes the most important thing is staying on your feet. I cannot recommend a better boxing gym than Teofista and the quality of its patrons (causal boxers and champions alike) should speak for itself. If you are going to go to any boxing gym, go here.

I met the most important mentors of my life through this gym and made life long friends training along side the boxers here. Thankful for all the opportunities I've been given and all the time they've invested in me as an athlete.
