Our server was great and friendly. As for the food, horrible!. I ordered 2 piece fish and chips. And one came out burnt and I received a small hand full of fries. This is embarrassing. I asked my server and she truthfully answered yes that's all you get for $20 with a shamed face. I can say you have lost my business at this location. When you cheat the customer for a buck you will lose hundreds from your lack of service.My opinion... Pick a better place for your family to eat and get your money's worth.

This is a comment on the group that owns this chain and most likely Kelsey’s and Montana’s too. It’s all trash. Really really trash. Paying for that food is an insult.Independent pubs blow this place out of the water. I’m sick of re-heated Sysco or Gordon Food service garbage. Support local independent restaurants that use real ingredients and actually cook food and don’t just deep fry it or microwave it from a food service company.

I went there with my wife on Friday and order the fish and chips and the fish tacos.The fish in the tacos was so dry that it was hard to chew. Overall. The quality of the food was mediocre. The concerning part is that the dishes were 20 and 19 dollars, respectively. Not cheap. With overpriced and mediocre food, the restaurant was pretty empty, probably a sign that other people share our resentment.Time for the owner to take a hard look at the food quality and price points.

The french onion soup was definitely one of the better ones I have had. The gravy with dinner however left a little to be desired. The toffee pudding was delightful. Server was on the ball.

It was a very quiet evening. The food was average. The mashed potatoes were good, gravey was luke warm, and the steak and mushroom pie isn't the greatest. In fact its not really worth the money for this meal, the yorkshire pudding was a brick.. Spinach dip was awesome. But the Guiness was the best part!!

Experienced wait staff able to handle our large events. Great menu with a real Irish pub feel. One of the few places in town to enjoy a great burger and great live music simultaneously!

Food was excellent (had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and Guinness steak button mushroom pie, calamari was awesome !!), service was great. Would definitely go back. 5**

Nice atmosphere loved the decor. Music did not match the ambience. Odd irritating musty odor in the air. These older restaurants need to be sanitized especially their floors and deordorize clean old greasy vent systems. Makes a difference when tasting food. Menu had nice photos . Food over priced.. some large portions looked good but pushing to buy higher priced items.. Rainy cold day .had lunch . Wanted a french onion soup and sandwich did not have any combos., No Senior's special. Wings were not fresh, menu not impressive ..same stuff you find everywhere else. Hubby enjoyed his burger. Service good. Strange. ..Not sure why mirror in woman's washroom was mounted so high. You would have to be 5 foot 8 or more to see your reflection.

I feel bad now as we got fantastic seats tonight at St. Patricks in McCools!I was unhappy that we couldn’t move closer to the band but it all came through! Now we have primo seats! Our steaks were awesome and the servers were great dispute being ran off their feet! Cheers!
