Never go to this location!.... the person is extremely rude, and threatens you TO NOT give you the vehicle you reserved for asking him why he was taking a picture of my license with his cell phone and not a company scanner.

Reserved a truck for 24/7 pickup, showed up at 8AM the next day to pick it up and they FORGOT to prep the truck and didn't leave the key. Waited for customer service for 40 mins to have them tell me Oh sorry

Talk about going the extra mile! After a long one-way move, the people at this U-haul dealership were fantastic! They were super helpful and when some complications emerged, they were able to look after all our concerns. Moving can be stressful and having a dealer who puts the customer first is so much appreciated. Great experience here on the Ottawa end!

Lots of parking and they really do go the extra mile and help you as much as they can. You’ll feel like your borrowing a moving truck from a family member.

Filled in a request on line for a quote. Have not had such an aggressive salesperson in a long, long time. Talk about pressure sales, prices could go up, can't provide a quote via phone or email, they have to see my 2020 vehicle in order to assess it. Seems to me that there must be reference books for all models. Anyway, I am going to shop around before committing to these people, too much pressure to buy now
