Picked up balloons on behalf of my daughter this morning. Owner came in early to prepare some specific balloons for today as they only last a certain amount of time. We appreciate him taking time away from his family and personal time to ensure that the balloons lasted for the full day of birthday party. Great customer service! THANK YOU!

IF you are looking to bring your own balloons and have them put helium in GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Awful customer service. The owner/manager would not stop going on about how he is purposely going to charge us the price of his balloons plus helium just to fill up our amazon bought balloons. As he was so angry for us bringing our own balloons, he only filled them up half causing them to look deflated. He then proceeded to tell us no warranty because they are from China." I get that hes mad amazon charges half the price for balloons but then simply dont offer the service to fill them if you are going to harass every customer for coming in with them."

Best place for party decor. I have purchased gender reveal decor here and I could find everything I was looking for. Not sure why this store has such a low rating. Worth buying.

This was my first time buying balloons here and I gotta say the price there is amazing!! And the quality of the balloons are an A++I got my daughter balloons on March 18, and the balloon is still standing and it still looks the same when I got!! Now my goal is to see how much longer it can last..I will definitely come back

Definitely a first time & Last time experience.The owner who I dealt with on my initial visit came across very stand offish and uninterested in assisting me at all. When I finally made my choices along with my own balloons I brought it , he was quite argumentative with me.Fast forward to pick up day , I had called first thing in the morning , to see if I could pick up a little later then I had originally planned and was greeted with sass and attitude that the order was already finished. There was no mention of the 7 of my balloons that had popped. Although I know there is no gaurentee on personal balloons , I would of like to be given the option to replace them. Especially after spending 80 dollars on balloons.My husband went to pick up and when walking in the store , he was witness to the owner being quite nasty with his employee , I'm unsure what was said , but my husband said he felt terrible for the young lady working.Will definitely be taking our buisness elsewhere.

The best balloons that you can ever get.They told me they last 24 hours but they last more then a week. I got baby boy balloons and they are still as they are.And I got today anniversary balloons and Im sure they are going to last more then 2 weeks.The bestttt.

His staff in all his stores are eager and willing to help you as soon as you walk into their store. Their selection of product is amazing and if they don’t have it they will absolutely look for it. We have been purchasing our balloons from Party Max by Limeridge Mall for a few years now and we have ALWAYS been happy with their service and quality. I purchased a beautiful balloon bouquet from them this past Sunday (Sept 18th). As the male owner (I think) filled the balloons, we had a pleasant chat. He was telling me about the giant bottle of something that he squirts in to the balloons before he puts the helium in and how he uses it to help with the quality of the balloons. He mentioned their 1 week guarantee and I told him that ours always last 2 weeks! He said, he wouldn't give a 2 week guarantee because you never know and that's fair.For the first time ever, our helium balloons have all lost their power to float - starting with 1 of 5 yesterday (Thursday), and the rest today. We have a birthday party tomorrow (Saturday - 6 days since purchase date, within 1 week guarantee).I called the owner today to let him know and I fully expected that he would say sure, come on in and I will give you some replacements, but to my surprise, he immediately said that we would have to re-purchase the balloons and that he only had a 12 hour guarantee and that unless I got something in writing across the counter at purchase, there was no guarantee past 12 hours. In a nutshell, he was in fight mode when I was asking for a few replacement balloons and didn't even want to listen to reason. I was completely caught off guard and in shock.Needless to say, you have lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to spread the word.Bad business.So disappointing.

I have no idea why this store has bad reviews.Girl on the phone yesterday was so sweet and I picked up order literally 5 mins ago, the man there was great. Quick fast easyRead the reviews before ordering tbh and was a little put off but yeah people seem to have it wrong.I’d recommend and definitely will order again form here for events.

My mom just experienced horrible service at this place. The shopkeeper was very rude to her, simply because she asked a few questions regarding the price of the merchandise.All she wanted to know was if the price on the merchandise includes helium and if tax is extra. It is a legit question because some places include helium in their listed price and some places include tax in their price. It is however unnecessary for the shopkeeper to ask my mom if she even lives here, and that everything needs tax.I felt so bad asking my mom to go to this store to check out their merchandise for her to be mistreated with disrespect - for what? Just to ask two questions?I’ll definitely purchase somewhere else with proper customer service.
