I had a 100 lb box to go to Ontario. Gwen was amazing in that she helped me lift it up the stairs and into the office for weighing. She was prompt, knowledgable and has customer service down pat!!Thanks Gwen!

Judy, who owns this business, is very helpful and friendly.The best part of the services here are:1. They pay any duties that are owed for your shipment and then they bill you later for it (for a very small fee).2. They always notify you when you have a shipment via email.The cost is very reasonable for the services that you get. It’s way better than a Canada Post PO Box. I highly recommend Calgary Mailbox!

The person who helped me was courteous and professional. While there is no parking at the front door that gives onto 16th Ave, there is plenty of parking in the back alley.

Do NOT go here unless you plan on throwing your money away. I went here to mail a FedEx package by Ground and they managed to forget paperwork, which not only delayed my package but caused me to have to resend it all over again. HUGE inconvenience and cost me a lot of money!After I tracked the package the next day (FedEx stated they are missing paperwork), I called them and they ensured they would fax over the missing paperwork and it would be back on it's way. She did makes unacceptable excuses for their mistake.Little to my surprise, the next day FedEx tracking is showing the same thing. Missing paperwork" So I call FedEx myself

I've had a mailbox here for over a year. I have found them to be friendly and helpful when I call. Judy is great at running the place. She's helpful and considerate not to mention pro-active at anticipating problems and offers solutions you may not think of. She's as professional as anyone in this business. Maybe more in most cases.
