Return policy is very poor! We bought a propane grill which had a safety issue when explained to the manager he said that we were the first ones to complain about it and that nobody ever had an issue with it. I felt like he was questioning my credibility. Customer service and return . should not be like this. Also they said once an item was opened they wouldn't accept a return however they accepted an opened item from a customer in front of us. Very disappointed.

Not a good Canadian Tire store to a good shopping experience.. they always talk to each other while you are asking something.. also make sure that they like you so much else you will have a bad time here (they will make sure that your have a bad one) .. overall try to avoid this one .. and only shop here if your really need to .. I bought 100s of dollars worth of things but always a bad experience.. was thinking like it's just this one time it's bad .. but it's the case all the time

I came to this store last week and was floored by the Cuisinart/Mickey & Minnie (and regular ones) anti-fatigue kitchen mats. I couldn't believe they were priced so amazingly!!! $16.99 I really regret not buying the whole selection!!Perfect for those Disney lovers for Christmas - or even someone who just needs a nice mat - as they had a big selection of regular ones too!Loved this store - the staff were helpful, the store was clean and the displays were PERFECT

This is where to go when need car general replacement parts like wipers filters, oils, cleaning, polishing, ..., battery, Accessories and different tools. with great discount offers sometimes. Great shopping plaza with huge free parking lot

Brought my car in after the auto shop closed due to a flat tire. Found the drop box very convenient. The auto shop fixed my tire, reasonably priced. I wasnt sure if I would make it in time to pick up my car before the auto shop closed and was told I could pick up my keys at customer service. Great service and very convenient.

Visited this store earlier and WOW!!!!My absolute favourite display, filled with Disney/Mickey kitchen merchandise. It's so full of stock and ALL on sale!!!!!!!Such a neat and tidy store, very friendly staff...we are definitely going to visit again :)

We wanted to get patio sofa for our home and decided to visit this location. Unfortunately we were one day too late to take advantage of the sale and paid $150 more. The only reason I'm giving this review a 5 star is because of the staff who went above and beyond to help us with the furniture. He helped us locate the sofa, got us a cart to fit it and then helped us load it in our car. I do not remember his name but he is the best staff and deserves a raise. Thanks to him for providing amazing service.
