A massive selection of tiles at reasonable prices. Helpful staff and they do a good job in the installs. We had them back to do the floor and backsplash of your new kitchen. Once again, job well, done start to finish. We highly recommend this company

I had a very small job, and they still treated me like a premium customer. I needed 1 tile. I pulled out an old vanity to find out the tile underneath was not finished. Problem was new vanity is on legs. Now old tile dates from original house build 2006. I didn't have time to redo floor before holidays. I went in Grossi's to find matching (as close to) tile. They not only helped us find a close match, they offered to cut it. I returned with my measurements and they cut it for free. This is how you turn a small customer into a lifetime customer. Superior customer service. And a beautiful selection. We'll be back!

I wanted to get my bathroom tiled and went in to get a quote. The staff onsite took my info and said I could get a quote in 2-3 days. 2 weeks passed and I never received a quote. I reached out via phone and email with no response. I even went as far a providing pictures and a pdf drawing to help expedite the estimate. Very disappointed in not even being able to get a response. At the very least they could have told me they were too busy to take on my project. If you're looking for customer service I would stay away from here.

Although initially happy with the tile installing, was very disappointed in the lack of response from owner to serious problems with the caulking. We called her and sent pictures of the sloppy, messy, rushed and unprofessional caulking job. She did not respond to the pictures, and did nothing. I also texted the tiler, who ignored me. I had to try to clean it up myself. Unfortunately, we paid in full before he returned 2 weeks later for the caulking. Lesson learned: don't pay til you're satisfied.
