Marcy did my wedding invitations in September 2019. Not only is she professional, but she is extremely kind, welcoming and friendly. She took the time to go over every single detail and she would review those details numerous times with us before finalizing the final product. She wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the product. Her creativity and customer service are what distinguish her from other retailers. I received so many compliments on my invitations and could not have been more satisfied with the product. Called her on a last minute basis, on a saturday. We dealt with a printing company that did not deliver our needed business cards on time, and didnt respect the further given delays. Needed our business cards ASAP for a trip to london the very next day. She took over the situation, worked with me via the phone, exchanged files via emails at the same time to review what could be done. Made some small tweaks to make the business cards even better & was able to supply us on a last minute basis with excellent service. Now if this isn't above and beyond customer service, I dont know what is. Best printing service received so far. Highly recommend to deal with her. Will do again in the future.
