Still in love with the diffuser I bought years ago.The staff are always very helpful, and the products herecontinue to be of great quality.Favourite products of mine include the Arctic (seasonal aroma blend) and the soothing throat spray.

Love this store! The staff are excellent - one woman working there, I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She's the main employee there, she was SO helpful for me being new to the essential oil world. Before Christmas she helped me pick out two diffusers as gifts as well as the right oils. She really knows her stuff and is so sweet!

Great service, cleanliness, products, and prices!

Friend of mine ordered one of the larger packages of lavender oil, and was told that she would get a call back once it had come in. A month later we came in since she did not get a phone call back and was told that their manager is not allowing them to make any orders anymore but for the customer service sake the associate will honour this order and make sure to call within a few days as we were advised that they get orders in every week. Almost another month passes with no phone call so we again go into the store and the associate told us that unfortunately they cannot order it since their manager put a block on orders (they could of called or notified my friend). I have since visited the store multiple times in search of headache relief roll on, and to be told each time its sold out. The staff do not seem to care and just give off the vibe they want their day to be over with minimum interactions.
