We have had the good fortune of using Natalie's services for the better part of a year, and she has been wonderful. She is extremely professional as well as friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful with our puppy, Oreo.Her positive influence on Oreo can't be overstated. She has done so much to help him with his behaviour and training, as well as working with us as his owners on a training plan that we worked on together for consistency and results. His on-leash behaviour has really improved as a direct result of Natalie's efforts. He's also always so darn happy to see her; it's obvious that he absolutely loves her and their time together.Natalie is professional, courteous, responsible, and incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. She also treats animals with an affection and positivity that is so wonderful to see. I would recommend her services anytime.
