Exeter Dental Care

My oldest son who is 8 has had a lot of teeth issues and seems to spend a lot of time there. But they are so friendly and make him feel very comfortable and thankfully he has now been telling his little brother who is 3 that its not scary at all and helps get him excited for his visits too and now he also doesnt mind going. Great job to the amazing staff who are always extra friendly and make us have good experiences there!!

went there because, my front tooth needed bleaching plus i had so much pain, in one of my molders , Dr. Lott put bleach in my front tooth them shaved the front down soooo that its really thin, then he went to freeze my mouth and after 2 attempt he packed some kind of liquid in the molder and told me to come back in a week to take the bleach out and try againI went back after a week and I explained that i had a terrible taste of that liquid all week and my tooth was still sensitive, he didn't want to listen and went a head and after 3 attempts of freezing he got upset and told his assistant to refer me to someone else and walked out and to this day I havn't had a call to get the bleach removed and that was in Oct 2021BEWARE... of Dr. Lott

What can I say? They have been my dentist and hygienist for 28 years. That should say it all. I underwent many procedures. Still have most of my teeth and no cavities. I thank them. Recommended.

I tried this practice as I am new to the area and was extremely disappointed. They treated me like a number.. The dentist came in without even saying Hi or anything just opened my mouth and started discussing what has been done and what needs to be done. He even at one point said I don't feel like doing a root canal today there pretty boring". I was disgusted by the lack of customer service displayed. They also refuse to disclose prices and I feel like I should be able to be quoted before having a service done especially for someone paying out of pocket. I will never go back."

I travel an hour to bring my son here. Because my son has autism going to the dentist is hard for him and all the dental offices in the city wanted to put him to sleep to do his dental work and refused to do any work without it because it's easier for them... This is extreamly risky and not something we are comfortable with. I got the recommendation to go to Exeter Dental from a friend. Dr Warner took him on as a patient and has worked wonders at each dental visit. He has been so patient and understanding which my son needs and the best part is he doesnt need to be asleep, he gets the freezing with no problems which is amazing to see and my son walks away with a positive experience. I appreciate the kindness and understanding they have shown us.

I’m simply blowing away at how awesome my dental experiences are with this place. The front staff are amazing and friendly and the dentist and his assistant amaze me with their talent and teamwork. Exeter dental makes going to the dentist a fun and exciting experience I am so impressed with all they have done. Don’t go to another dentist go to Exeter dental care.

Very friendly staff, going to the dentist makes me a bit stressed/anxious but the people there were very nice, explained what needed to be done in a friendly way, and were a real help. 5 stars.

We have used Exeter dental care for almost 20 years and today was the last day we will ever go back!The staff is friendly, but the owner who works the front desk has zero ability to be professional within a office setting. Upon arriving I simply questioned why their office calls me regarding an outstanding balance or over payment after each visit and she became balligarant and told me that they would just not do third party billing on our behalf. Is that really the answer here? No explanation as to why this happens? Perhaps trying fix the problem instead of being sarcastic and rude could have been a better option?My son was scheduled to get his first filling. This was well planned out between myself and Mr. Warner as my little guy has extreme fear at the dentist. Mr. Warner was aware of this. He had seen my son on several occasions and knew what to expect. I even had my son fast that morning as I felt using 'laughing gas' would give us much more success.As expected, when the procedure was about to begin my son started to cry. He was afraid. Instead of talking to this little boy; showing him the mask for the nitris and that it's no big deal, this man literally threw his hands up and refused to do the procedure. He passed the buck on to a Specialist without even trying to calm my child. No interpersonal skills what so ever.So if that wasnt bad enough, I am trying to leave the office with my upset son and doesnt the same nasty owner at the front desk try to ambush me into a room with her. Could she not see I have an upset little boy and this wasnt an appropriate time? My goodness. I cannot believe how bad these people treat what are supposed to be the patients they care about. Dentists are not hard to find, we will be getting someone who has a little bit of decency!

Horrible experience with a front desk lady. Treated us like If we were animals, she was very racist making my mom hurry out when she has knee problems. We had never had a horrible experience like this so I spoke to the owner hoping something gets done because it was disgusting.
