Zoom Rent A Car

Overall, renting from this company was a good experience. I was upgraded to a 2023 midsize car as it took awhile for them to pick me up from the airport and serve me.There was an additional fee of $9 per day for their 3rd party liability which credit cards do not cover anymore. Friendly staff and a good experience given the price was much cheaper than the competition. Would book again!

Surprise fees not mentioned in the policy. Don’t buy the online insurance for $8.99. They will tell you the insurance you just bought from them is insufficient. Once you pay for insurance the whole car isn’t covered. The cars are old and need maintenance. It will barely make it up the hill.The agents refuse to answer questions about their surprise policies that aren’t listed in the online policy.Took over an hour to get from the line to keys.Seems like men get better service.

I would like to say how impressed I was with the service provided to my family. They came in for a visit from the Bahamas and there was a delay due to factors with obtaining the rental right away. They kept their doors opened way after their normal hours of operation! If I could have a rating of 10 I would!! Exceptional service and thank you so much!

Superb staff, very friendly, very clear and informative on expectations. The car rental service is completely off site from the airport so if you booked through Expedia read the specific instructions for pick up at the airport. They have free shuttle to and from but during specific hours. We saved allot of money with their service and really enjoyed their service and friendly employees they pretty serious and stern though. Clean bathrooms location is next to restaurants, Uber is super mega expensive. Things to know about the rental and insurance requirements they say your private insurance should have a minimum coverage of $200,000 not sure why their cars are not valued that high but they said it’s Canada law I haven’t found the source to support though. No complaints at all. The car we were given was in perfect condition and was pretty new. The rates were the best in the market at the time.The guy at the counter was very transparent with what we're getting and how much we will be charged. I had done the booking online and would recommend potential renters to first call in and understand the charges before making an online booking.

The price is really good only if you can catch the shuttle service during their hours, otherwise you need to pay for taxi after dropping off the car to go to airport. Other than that, booking was easy, pick up was arranged, and the car was clean.

Amazing service at Unbeatable price. I can't expect the service to be any better than this. Very professional and highly organized. I was dealing with Jaskaran, he was very polite and took time to explain important details, which helped me driving in Toronto area, this was my first visit to Toronto. I went to many different places in Toronto, by far Zoom Car Rental was the most organized and professional. They should open their branches all around the country.

We highly recommend Zoom Rent A Car in Mississauga. The original car we rented from another company turned out to be filled with smoke and dirty, so we needed a replacement car right away. Zoom provided us with a fabulous Nissan Kicks and the rate was really fair. All the staff were friendly and professional, and the shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient. We will likely rent from them again when we're visiting Toronto.

I do not recommend. Bad policy. They will take your money and not make things clear.The places they put their cars for rent apparently have different policy from them .Bad experience, do not go there , I repeat DO NOT RENT A CAR THERE.You can’t run a business on scamming your customers. I never leave bad reviews on things even if I don’t like it but this I just had to because the customer service is bad and their policy for not refunding your money if you are unable to get a car is just ridiculous.

Very clean brand new Nissan Altima available on time, full tank (required at drop off), and key box for early morning drop off.Expedia insurance was accepted and explained to me (I pay for any damages and then put a claim in to get my money back if anything were to happen).Wait for shuttle at Pearson was 13 mins. I needed to drop off out of their business hours but cab was only $24 to the airport.This rental was over $100 cheaper then on site airport rentals and we’ll worth it. Could staff smile more, sure, but everyone was respectful. There were no “hidden fees” at all credit card for a deposit only and km allowance was just enough/generous 200km a day. All in all would recommend
