Long term customer unfortunately switching to different pharmacy,after issues and very poor customer service from pharmacist who was working.Explained to them I was thinking of switching pharmacies, this was not a concern was also rude over medication inquiry! looking forward to a new change.

I have been a customer for years. When I called to refill a prescription (I am a diabetic) with 12 hours notice, she told me it would only be available for the day after. And maybe I could try my luck after supper. She was acting like my notice was ridiculous. She accused me of not calling with more than 12 hours notice. I explained I was in Rhode Island the day before, and I wasn't demanding it right away. She was extremely rude about it too. Sign of the times!" She said with a rude laugh. I told her to not bother refilling it

Started going to Jean cotu after losing my family doctor and was using the clinic to receive important medication right next door. Probably just going to go back to shoppers. No empathy. Had great interactions from caring techs in the past but after today's interaction not worth it.

Pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes. My prescriptions are either faxed in or phoned and on numerous occasions my prescriptions aren’t filled or I’m told they never received the faxes.

I have been with Ryan Kennedy's pharmacy for many years and stayed with him when he made the transition to Jean Coutu. I remained with this pharmacy because of the people. Ryan is no longer the face of this pharmacy and I'm not sure if this is reflected in the service - but having been with them for so long I did not expect the rudeness to which I was greeted by one Pharmacy Tech in particular. On today's date, after waiting an extended period of time for my prescription (nearly an hour), I did not think that asking how much longer would return such an abrupt and dismissive response. Sometimes, it's the tenor and tone of the response. Being a professional working 60 hours a week myself, I do understand busy". Consequently

I find the store has unique items for gifts...and the staff are very helpful .when I am o. Need of something and they don't carry it.They freely tell me at what business I can find it ..haven't had a bad experience ..it's all good
