I met Robert when I was selling a property and he was inspecting it on behalf of the buyer. He was extremely thorough and professional. He walked through each photo with all parties and referenced back to the building codes where necessary. Since then I've referred him to at least 3 other people and have used his services again for a new property. His reports are very detailed. nothing but positive feedback from everyone. I will continue to use and refer Robert wherever I can.
