Really just no care of the other road users. Called to let the company know about the potential incident but can't even get through.The individual in the vehicle didn't even bother checking his cameras and if someone was behind him before he backed up. Literally just inches from getting crushed.This happened at a residential area with kids around and the driver didn't even hear the honk. How loud is his radio or music?License plate SY 1564Ridiculous

4 WEEKS NO PICKUP! City of Vancouver told us to take it back in for the next collection day. If the city can get compost trucks down my lane GFL can do the same. They are chronically incompetent even in good whether. Clearly this is not a road condition issue. Vancouver needs to hire a new company to do our recycling.

Since the purchase from Smithrite this company has become criminal. I've rented a bin for 10 years with Smithrite/GFL and in the past 18 months I've had 3 price increases without direct contact. Their notice, as described by their team, is on each invoice which says:Your next invoice may reflect an adjustment due to risingoperational costs including fuel

Driver of the rollout truck had cranked music with language my 5 year old doesn't need to hear . Asked him to turn I down . He told me he was working and I could get used to it . Not a good reflection of service in my townhouse complex. Located in north van and 3rd street.

Absolutely ridiculous! Every week the driver blocks up the entire street of Rosser! Rosser is a busy street and this person blocks the entire street every week! Constantly creating major traffic with busses, trucks and cars being stuck!

At 10:15am Sunday April 30th at the Urban Fair UBC location a GFL driver turned a corner really recklessly and nearly bulldozed our car with two babies on board. Without stopping he then swerved into a parkade on the wrong side of the road to his pick up spot without a care in the world. He ignored me when I asked if he realized what he just done as if it was an every day occurrence.

In April they only picked up our household garbage once. I phoned and talked to Surika (sorry if I miss spelt the name) on April 21. 11:30 am she said they would come the next day . 26 now and still a on show. Terrible service and the raised our monthly bill by more then 10%.

Constant price hikes! We are as well established business that switched to GFL from another waste management company when we moved locations a year ago. Our purchaser decided we should switch to save some money on our bi-weekly pick ups. This was a mistake. Since then they have increased our monthly payments twice due to weight". Our bin is full of mostly packaging materials like pallet wrap so not sure how that works. Wish we could go back to our old bin provider or find a new one but now we are stuck in a contract for another year. Really disappointed with this company and not how we run our business. STAY AWAY!"

I tried to email them regarding a repeated situation. GFL email is set up so only account holders can email them and as I rent I’m bringing this out in the public.Over the past few months every time GFL picks up the recycling they either dump the blue box in the middle of our driveway, behind my wife’s truck OR off the curb so that when someone is trying to park, they’ll either drive into the box OR stop in the road to get out and move it. The guys from GFL do it every single time.I don’t know if these guys are clueless, obtuse or just out to be annoying.
