Great place for asbestos and mold sampling.

I found this company very helpful in discovering mold in my unit. The staff were very nice and spent time explaining things to me clearly. I had health issues that seemed related to mold toxicity, but my new condo seemed spotless. I ordered an ERMI test which they shipped out for free. If you get a mold inspection company to do this, it would cost 5 times more. Air samples are not as accurate, and is what most inspectors use. Air sample came out with extremely low numbers in a heavily molded area. The ERMI test showed a heavy amount of mold found in my unit, which we couldn't see by eye, and the test came exactly at the due date. I hired a mold inspector, and with his moisture meter he was able to find a large amount of water damage that was covered up by new tiles and paint. A large portion of the unit had toxic black mold! Fast and accurate lab test services available. Staff and Lab Reps. are very knowledgeable and courteous.I've used them for both business and personal projects and I won't even bother looking up any other company.Parking can be a bit limited at times, but they're always very good at getting you in and out.

Always smiling and polite to deal with. Made plenty of deliveries here and the guys in the front office are nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They know time is valuable and never keep me long at all. Wish more people and places were like these guys. Thanks again
