My son was with Madeeha for 6 months and since the beginning things were kind of confused. This woman seems nice when you visit her daycare and when you go pickup your kid. But in reality, she is a real harasser. She sends you messages twice to three times a week to tell you that your kid is sick. You bring your kid totally healthy in the morning and at 10 am, she sends you messages to tell you that he has a virus or he has a runny nose etc.... and she wants you to come and pick him up. Things that she should take care of. Then she will tell you to keep your kid at home for a few days as if people are billionaire. We can pay the day care because we are working, if we want to keep our kids home, we will just stay home and take care of them. You go pick your kid one day and she will tell you that he has a virus so keep him home. You keep him home for two days but you realize that he has nothing, he is jumping everywhere, no diarrhea, no runny nose, no virus, nothing. I went twice see the doctor and the doctor gave me a note that mentioned that my kid was fine. I sent her the note then she didn't say anything. After a week, same thing. Kids are always sick at her place; their bedroom smells really bad and the washroom as well. I think she is really not healthy. She is dirty plus not teaching anything to them. On top of that, my son has got some kind of spots on his skin. She is sending text messages for nothing plus she will let you know only a day before that she will not be opened for a week or she will be closed a few days in December including boxing day which is not a stat. Also, one day she decided to close the daycare for a week without telling me. I arrived there to drop my son in the morning before going at work and she told me she was closed. On top of that, when you go to register your kid, she will tell you that there are two people taking care of the kids but she is almost never there. In 6 months, she hired then fired at least 5 people. How can your son learn something in that kind of environment? She really doesn't care about kids and she is really disrespectful. Please keep your kid out of this place if you don't want him or her to be sick every week and if you don't want to be harassed by her constant text messages.Since February, my son is at a new daycare and he has never been sick because that woman is clean and the environment is clean as well plus he is learning a lot.

My child is happy and enjoys going to Moberly Childcare Centre. They like their teachers, the outdoor play area and learning to do arts and crafts.

Our daughter has been going to Moberly Child Care Centre since she was 8 months old. Madeeha had been amazing with helping her adjust to her new environment and gave here all the support she needed to feel comforted and secure. For the first few weeks, Madeeha allowed our daughter to cling to her like a little baby monkey! giving her all the time she needed to gain her confidence. Now our daughter is a confident little toddler, who is excited to go to daycare everyday; she is making friends, learning how to share her toys, loves to sing and dance, and most of all happy! We work closely with Madeeha to try and create a consistent learning experience, and feel that she is always attentive and respectful of our thoughts and wishes. Furthermore, we feel that Madeeha has a lot of knowledge and experience to share, and we will sometimes ask her for advice. We highly recommend Moberly Child Care Centre as a safe, fun learning environment, and Madeeha as a responsible, attentive role model for anyone looking for child care for their children.Hadas and Daniel Haft

Today I dropped off my son to the daycare at 0830am. The owner called me at 0900am and asked me to pick up my son at 1300pm, because the others are leaving at 1300pm. During the conversation she also told us that the daycare will not be open tomorrow and Friday. Which suppose December 24 is half day and Dec 27 should be full day. I told her I have appointment with client at 1400pm today and I cannot pick up my son at 1300pm.She than called me again at 1230pm and my son was crying like crazy. She said all the other kids had been picked up by their parents and no one is playing with my son. I asked the owner you need to help take care of my child because this is why you have a daycare business. Not because all the kids are gone or not coming in, I have to compensate my work and fulfill your unreasonable request. So after my meeting with my client, I went straight to the daycare to pick up my son. They actually brought my son up to their suite instead of the daycare facility, which is not government approved for safety requirements.The owner starts arguing with me because we given the owner a withdrawal notice in November. She claims we should given them a two months notice instead of one. The daycare had a two week holiday in October 2018. When they came back they said they will be close for another two weeks in January 2020. The notice is not from any official email or memo, we have to check on their facebook and find out which day they are closed. So I discussed with my husband and we decided to withdraw my son. When I give her the notice she said everything is fine. But until today, she said she will not give us back the deposit. Be awake with this dayscare

Madeeha anad the Moberly team have been nothing but professional and responsive since we started our daughter there in January. They adapted their care to help her with a rough transition at the start and have been adjusting it appropriately for our daughter's development and personality.Our girl loves the activities and the caregivers, and has even made her first best friend!Thanks, Moberly!

My daughter attended moberly childcare for 2 years.Staff is very professional and helpful. They helped our child in her first days to adjust in the centre.They arrange age appropriate activities and amazing art. Very caring and loving environment.Highly recommend

The staff is professional, fantastic and very friendly. I know my 4y/o is safe and secure and gets lots of one on one time. The food is fresh and the skills he is learning are very valuable. A huge thanks you to all the staff at Moberly!!!

My daughter has been attending Moberly for over a year now. We greatly appreciated Madeeha’s support and kindness to help us all with the transition to daycare.
