Moolicious Ice Cream Shop
Was really sad the original owner has left. It’s not the same ice cream place. They are selling rugs and second hand clothing. It was very musty. By the time I got my undersized portion of ice cream I wasn’t hungry for it anymore, I was totally turned off my ice cream. I literally had two bites and threw it out. I will not be going back there again. The ice cream shop two minutes away in Jacksons Point is 100 times better.

went there last year (previous owners) and it was great. waffle cones and pleasant portions. Have been there twice this year and learned that new owners are there. The portions are very minimal for the price and majority of the location is reserved for buying or having cleaned Persian rugs and imported clothing. Still sells Kawartha dairy ice cream but seems more like just a draw to bring customers in to merchandise their main business. Very disappointing.

Delicious ice cream. Fair prices. Friendly staff... They have a few other sections for clothing and beautiful hand made Persian/oriental rugs. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks for a rug that I ordered:)

Moolicious Ice Cream Shop
Sad to see that Moolicious’ original owner/operator was not there when we went in. I admit going there all these years was nostalgic but when new ownership takes over I feel it’s best not to change things too much if the owners were doing well there. Smaller sized portions and higher prices and there were rugs and clothes everywhere. It wasn’t clear what they were selling. So unfortunate.

The original owners were the best ever! I can’t believe they sold to people who don’t seem to care at all about running a successful business. It was a terrible experience when we were there with friends a few weeks ago. The place looked so run down - very unfortunate. We definitely won’t be back.

Wow! Kawartha ice cream can’t go wrong! So many flavors to choose from (each one with incorrect spelling really made it a fun little guessing game of which flavor I was getting) owner was so sweet taking a much needed nap and when we arrived but jumped up to serve us when we walked in. The combination of rug store meets ice cream shop was such a unique experience!! Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a once in a lifetime adventure!

Was our favorite ice cream place for many years coming up here. Was shocked when we went there for first time this season. Musty, smelly with old clothes and carpets. No signage for ice cream on windows of display. Couldn't see what we were buying. Attendant had difficulty communicating. No waffle cones.Didn't use register to calculate bill and when asked for a receipt, gave us someone else's from the day before. Very disappointing ,won't be going back. Moolicious Ice Cream Shop
New owners, a change but not for the better. I have loved this ice cream shop for years, but sadly I won’t be back. Their ice cream scoop sizes are pitifully small, and they no longer have waffle cones. I paid $31 for 4 single scoop ice creams and 1 kiddie ice cream. Definitely not worth it, don’t go back. Hopefully a better ice cream shop comes to town.

12 bucks for a single scoop and a milkshake and the milkshake wasn’t even filled up, , didn’t even look like an ice cream shop,, this place went downhill fast .
