Evergreen Towers

Position, gym, pool, friendly staff, great apartment.

I have lived in this well maintained, quiet building for over two years and want to share my joy!:). It really is a pleasure to live and work from home in my suite and this building! The amenities are in excellent condition and the view is amazing! Just as important is the competent, efficient and professional management team and maintenance staff! Sue and Rochelle are an asset to Shelter Corp along with the rest of the team! Their prompt and very courteous attention to details, responding to questions and periodic regular maintenance issues gives me the confidence to recommend this building to anyone looking for a lovely new home with staff that care about their tenants!

My wife and I enjoyed our 2.5 years at Evergreen Towers. Office staff Sue and Rochelle were always on the ball and helping us with whatever issue we had promptly. Maintenance staff always helpful and friendly as well especially Joel. Great facilities when we could use them (stupid covid!) Would have stayed longer but moved to a house. And of course, can't beat the view!

This is an apartment management that lacks professional awareness and professionalism. We asked about their application requirements, and after meeting their requirements, we applied for an apartment. After that they told us that we need to live in Winnipeg for a year and have a stable job before we can apply. Completely different from the previous requirements. Be careful when applying here.

They treat their tenants' like a nuisance. Their pool and hot tub are unhygienic. I had to stop using it because I always had an itch after. Talk to actual tenants before moving in.

Miserable staff.... can't smoke on your own balcony cause the smoke ends up blowing to the hallways ...but it's okay for staff to smoke by the front door, which smoke can also blow through the front entrance. LOL. Grouchy old neighbor who always makes up stories to complain and get us evicted ... may as well move to a 55+ seniors home if you can't handle having younger neighbour's! Not worth 1500$ a month for such strict rules and a miserable senior who wines and cries at anything possible!!! ....the pool, hot tub and sauna still closed on saturday and sundays since the beginning of Covid!!! Oh and the foundation is cracking badly, the building is yet to fall apart but they still seem to up the rent!!! NOT WORTH IT!!

Lived here for a year with a friend when COVID restrictions were in place. The place is in a pretty convenient location, since the bus stop isn't too far away. My floor was nice and quiet, and not dirty at all. Management fixed any issues that came up pretty quickly once informed. The gym is pretty great for an apartment gym in my opinion, they've got a good range of dumbbell weights and foam rollers. Hydro is included in your rent too, which is a big plus. Would recommend especially if you've a roommate to split the rent with!

Sue and her team are wonderful to work with. Super helpful, and always willing to answer any questions or assist in any problems we may have. The buildings are managed professionally and effectively.
