Mohammed came to my apartment to fix a sink that was backing up while someone else in the building was running their dishwasher. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He fixed the issue and told me what I could do to help prevent it from recurring. He's great at his job and gives reasonable prices for tasks, so I will be contacting him in the future for further repairs.

An appointment was made to clean out the drains in the condo I am in. Carter called to let me know when he would be here and he arrived on time. He was thorough showing me what caused the back up, very efficient and actually cleaned up any mess made as a result of his work. He was done in under an hour and was extremely pleasant and professional! It is wonderful to have water flowing properly again and to have had such a positive experience, thank you Carter!

Our concerns had been recently attended by one of the plumbers, Mohammad and he was courteous and diligent about his work. I think they were sent by Catalyst Condo Mgt to deal with drainage problems in our condo unit. Service is prompt and they were able to accommodate my preferred schedule. Mohammad arrived earlier than expected which is great too and communication was smooth. Highly recommended!

Mohammed came into my unit when my entire sink was over flooded. He came, explained, did the job without any complains. He was very respectful and technical while doing his work. He managed to get rid of all the problems efficiently without rushing. Very hygienic with the kind of work that was supposed to be done. Flo pros should be REALLY grateful to have a person like Mo. Very hard working man.

Brandon and his associate Brian, were true heroes this morning!!! I was unable to open the hood of my truck ( wasn't turning on.Both of these young men not only assisted me with opening the hood, they cleaned all around the terminals and got my truck working!! I offered them coffee or cold water, they said they were good.I know going forward if I ever need any drain or plumbing issues, I'm definitely calling these awesome guys!!! Thank you both so much!!!

My kitchen sink had been clogged up for almost a month due to a system backup. I had been having issues trying to get someone to come and resolve the issue for the past few weeks and there was no luck. FloPro took less than 24 hours to come and take a look at it. They sent Matt to fix my sink and he was very professional and friendly to work with! He explained what happened and why I was having drainage problems which I really appreciated.I would definitely recommend these guys! I've just received the most impressive service from Adrew at Flo Pros. He was extremely courteous, professional, efficient and was able to resolve my drain issues quicker than I had imagined possible. Zero mess. Zero fuss. Only great vibes and my water drains perfectly! Beyond pleased and would 100% recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had a complete blockage in our kitchen sink last night and the water backed up in our sink and overflowed. Thankfully we caught it right away. We called Flow Pros this morning. They arrived within the hour, fixed the problem and the price was great. Dee, the person who fixed our blockage, was knowledgable, friendly and very effective.
