Tina is AMAZING and extremely experienced. I look forward to my appointments with her as I feel instant relief. The sessions are so relaxing and I have had acupuncture, facial acupuncture, as well as cupping. She is extremely good at what she does and I highly recommend her.

Looking for a Physio in Squamish I was happy to find an option at Shift where my benefits where already set up. I booked a session with Mackenzie after reading her bio and seeing that she is active in climbing and running, two of my staple summer activities.I really appreciated how thorough her explanations of my injury were and how easy my at home exercises where to follow along with thanks to her emails. Mackenzie’s skill with Dry Needling and myofascial release helped me regain mobility within a week. Now, under two months later, I am back doing the sports I love without pain.My summer has been saved! Thanks so much to Mackenzie, Kevin, and the rest of the team at shift for making this whole process so smooth and pain-free.

I go see Katlyn for acupuncture quite often and she is so gentle and comforting. She listens with empathy to your needs and always assists you in every way she can. I 10/10 recommend her services..

I had a massage here with Paul Miles and honestly best massage 10/10 if you have some sore muscles this is the place to go!
