Vehicles booked in the office personally every time when I needed a moving truck. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. To modify a booking wasn’t an issue (we’re done in 2 mins), vehicles were in good and clean conditions. Reasonable pricing, great location. On the day of moving everything went and worked perfectly online, link arrived in text messages and it took 1-2 mins to fill out the required forms on U-HAUL’s website. Returning the vehicle after hours IS NOT A PROBLEM, web application worked fine, online payment (credit card) was quick and easy.Highly recommend service!

Rented a 20’ van from this location today and it was absolutely unsafe to drive. Brakes barely worked, when you turned the wheel it was extremely clunky, check engine light was on, the ac stopped working all together. If you’re running a business supplying vehicles to the general public, make sure it’s safe to be on the roads and in “good” condition to be driving. Definitely will be avoiding uhaul going forward.

Pretty good experience! Check-in was slightly tedious and confusing, but I think they were training a new employee, so it's understandable.

I have been to Uhaul outlets from Louisiana to Victoria BC. This is one of the BEST I have ever been to. They actually had the truck I reserved (in itself a small miracle). The staff at the counter were polite(!!) and efficient. If one of them was struggling (told the guy beside me there were no dollies even though he had a reservation), they told her where to look on her computer to find it, and give it to him. The fellows that brought the truck to the door were polite (!) and friendly.The only unpleasant aspect of this location was the 'parking lot lady' who pounced the minute you opened your car door. YOU CAN ONLY HE HERE 15 MINUTES OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED."Thankfully the staff at the counter were efficient

This was my first time ever renting a uHaul and it was a horrible experience. The girl at the front desk didn’t explain anything to me and basically just sent me on my way, I never even signed anything.Then 15 minutes after leaving the location with the truck, I got a call saying that we need to come back right away , as my car was parked in the wrong spot, and was going to get a ticket or towed if I didn’t come back immediately. I got back and questioned why they didn’t tell me before leaving with the truck that my car should be moved. The girl with black hair and piercing was EXTREMELY rude and told me I should have asked where to park first , and shrugged me off and said it’s my problem that I wasted the KMs driving all the way back.I’m sure there are some nice people that work there, but at the time I went , it was the worst, most rude customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Very familiar with this establishment due to how much I was moving I rented a truck 3-4 times within a month or two from this location. Never had any sort of issue, staff explain the contract and terms completely in an understandable way but not to exhaustion.I did rent a one truck with a lower fuel level on pickup but was told I would get a fuel credit or reimbursement as long as I returned it with the fuel to a certain level as outlined on the contract. I checked my credit statement a few days after the rental and didn’t see the reimbursement but saw the charges. I simply called twice (first time the manager wasn’t in but that didn’t bother me) and on the second try I was very quickly assisted and after emailing the images confirming the fuel levels and that my end of the contract was upheld I was sent the fuel reimbursement within the same day.Overall helpful staff, I’d just recommend paying attention to instructions they give you and taking pictures of your truck, contract, everything. That way it’s super quick to solve and no argument if there’s any sort of issue which I believe in my case wasn’t a regular occurrence and it only happened once out of the many times I’ve rented.

I have rented from this location on multiple occasions over the years and had no previous difficulty. This month I rented a truck. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn’t able to complete the move right away and I needed to keep the truck longer than expected. I received a call asking about the truck. I explained the situation and offered to pay an additional deposit. They said it wasn’t necessary. Over the course of 10 days I was contacted daily, the tone of the staff was adversarial, discourteous and even derisive. I missed a call one Saturday while I was at work and they reported the truck stolen. The truck was picked up and I was warned my belongings would be taken to the dump.I have done business with this location for years and they’ve always been great. I wonder if it’s a change in staff. Regardless, I would never consider doing business with these guys again and I would warn against you doing the same.

Yesterday, my father went here to rent a truck for 7 and the manager asked him would that be a am or pm he answered PM.However next morning at 8am we get a call from an angry lady from uhaul asking us where the truck is so we told her its until 7pm but she repeatedly said what does the paper say? What does the paper say? in a very condescending tone....So I told her to calm down and asked her to stop cutting me off and let me speak then.... she hung up on me. I am not sure if she was having a bad day. But oh boy did she sound aggressive and condescending...Would not recommend.....
