At first, I had a bad experience with the service.However, when I called the manager, we managed to resolve the issue together.Very professional and very proactive to offer a excellent service to his clients.If you have any problem during the renting, he will be very happy to help!I recommend this Uhaul.

Busiest day for moves. As my day finishes we get a last minute call. With no trailers left to bring her the box, and I was bringing one back from a different location. We managed to get this last move accomplish with the help from both locations cooperating. I was able to get this trailer to the Manager here. Couldn’t believe the line of a dozen before me. He was going through them every 3 or 4 minutes. Answering every call on speaker while keeping everyone updated. Everyone there gave excellent service. I heard not one complaint or unresolved issue. I really hope to have more move jobs from your location.From my team to yours. Thanks

The trailer was clean and travel the 1000 milles smoothly.For the user experience that's another story.I booked the trailer for Friday 7PM. I went to pick it up at 6h50PM. The trailer was not in stock because previous customer extend his location until 12PM. I was not warned about it. I had to come back Saturday morning wait 45 minutes (lots of customer) to be served. Then when I was about to pick up the trailer the employee who hooked the trailer to my car informed me I must go back at the store to purchase a wire extension because your trailer wiring ends 2 feet before the hitch.I understand your not responsible this situation but I think you should:1- charge penalities to customers who don't follow their schedule2- give a rebate to those who are penalized by this situation.3- give a bypass (don't have to wait in line) for customer who must come back because of this situation.I understand it may happen but having a process to ease the sitiation would help.About the wire extension it should taken care when I was at the desk to finalyze the contract.P.S.: I booked the trailer at this location because, for the others Uhaul closer to my home, the website was saying Not sure to have the equipment on hand"."

I signed up for 24/7 pickup but when I arrived the website said I had to wait for them to open. Incredibly inconvenient. They apologized and admitted it's a mistake that seems to happen often.They also didn't give me the blankets I rented. There were blankets in the back so I assumed those were them. Turns out those are extra blankets that they charge more for. Thankfully they didn't charge me for their mistake.They seem nice but there are multiple holes in their process that make it more stressful than it should be.

Very easy, helpful and friendly checkout and check-back-in of my 2 day rental of 5x8 trailer.

Best uhaul I've been to. Lots of trucks available in all sizes. Good service, quicker to get the truck and get going than other uhauls. Highly recommend. Note, I always reserve online beforehand to speed up the process.

Huge line. 1 worker inside. No idea we could have returned keys to outside worker. No signs to direct us. Waited in line over 35min. EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING SO HARD in terrible working conditions!! AND we're perfectly bilingual. Management should be ashamed of the disorganization and lack of employees. If you can't find enough workers, pay them a livable wage and provide the base minimum requirements to have decent working conditions.

If the new manager speaks to his employees the same way that he speaks to his customers, it's a wonder that there are any employees left. ... but they finally fixed the front door ...

Friendly staff, long line but overall I got my moving truck reserved. The trucks are at the back of the warehouse. We had to go search for our truck.

UHaul has really changed for the positive. I have been using UHaul for the last 20 years, once in a while, preferring other entities.. UHAUL IS NOW BETTER THAN THE OTHERS! The manager was on site all the time, ensuring that everyone was doing their job. I was late on the return Saturday morning, impacting another client. Instead of doing other rental tactics to pressure the client, the manager personally called me and nicely but firmly explained the impact of my 4 hour lateness. When I arrived, he calmly but expressly processed the return and preparation for the other client without making me feel bad. VERY PROFESSIONAL. The trucks are much better maintained than 10 years ago (couple of scandals a decade ago on maintenance) and the dollies were brand new. I really was impressed, no joke! Will definitely reuse and I definitely recommend the UHaul on Autoroute 13 North in Laval.
