I can’t say enough about the excellent service my mother and I received. Joel took the time to explain everything to us and didn’t make my mom feel rushed to making a decision.The only other staff member we met was Jocelyne, who was fantastic, so if all other staff are as friendly and accommodating they have a winning team. We will definitely promote his store as the place to go, when anyone asks my mom about her new power chair she says go to Mobility 2 Home.Thank you very much Dianne

Excellent Customer Service!This is only the second time that I have left a review but I felt compelled after the wonderful service we received at Mobility2home! The entire team...Joel, Kevin, Andrew and Jocelyne went out of there way to accommodate my father in law on a Friday who needed a new lift/sleeper chair for the weekend so he could rest comfortably. They even repaired his old chair fast. Other stores gave us the run around. Thank you and keep up the great customer service!

They fraudulently put charges onto my credit card they had on file despite the fact I refused permission for them to use it. This has been reported to my credit card company and I demanded that they reverse the charge immediately., Their personnel are friendly but took on a re-install, damaging our stairwell due to incorrect measurement on their part and not having the knowledge or experience to install my make of stairlift. A very frustrating and costly process for me as they forgot to re-connect wiring or mis-wired and had to keep coming back to correct their mistakes. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome service. Staff are easy to talk to and knowable about what they do. Only place we deal with for our used scooter they upgraded to like new condition.
