I haven't been to this Donair place in probably 10 years because I don't live in the neighborhood. Today I decide to make a stop on my way home to get a half chicken and half lamb super Donair and I'm so glad I did. Best donairs ever. I agree though with a lot of the comments here that the chicken seems fatty/gristle parts in it. Lamb tastes great though and chicken isn't dry. Also they were very friendly

They didn't seem to know what was going on. They made my friend's order before mine and we were not ordering g together yet they had them mixed up. For meat they have become very cheap and usually now give you the amount that used to be a regular as a super. And a regular has become much less meat. The owners got cheap and also are not good hosts/servers

Yes, it is true. They have massive hidden fees. Regular beef donair with no cheese was advertised as $7.75 but I ended up paying $9.29. I paid cash too. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately I can see why they have such low rating. Our most recent experience was quite negative. The lady behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. She did not mention that the feta cheese was an additional $1- for a quarter teaspoon of cheese!? I think it’s common decency to at least let the customer know it’s extra when most Donair places include it for free. Aside from that, the rice was flavourless and the chicken was black and burned. Extremely dissatisfied and will never go back.

Hard communications, but not bad.We were waiting for food even their already ready. Huge size of rice platters but they don't know how to make wraps properly.. juicy.. wet it's hard to eat ..

they’re rude. The first thing I asked was for a platter with half lettuce and half rice. The lady agreed and gave me half the rice. After I realized there was no lettuce I asked for it and they proceeded to tell me they don’t do that. Meat also tasted like cardboard.

This place will charge you hidden fees no matter where they can. They blatantly lie about their menu prices and then ask you if you want cheese but don't tell you it's a hidden charge. They also charge you for extra sauce. They are as cheap as they get and the meat is fatty and gross. I'll never come back here again.

Ordered the chicken and rice and added hot sauce and hummus. The chicken was very fatty and the sauces were both very bland. Not a great dish...

Never have I ever been to a donair place worse than this, the staff is rude, cheap and to call what they make a “donair” a donair is insulting to food. They try to cheap out with every single ingredient. I basically paid for a lettuce wrap instead of the beef donair I thought I was getting. Avoid this place at all costs.
