Superbe service de réparation : bien moins cher que le service officiel de Mac, mais tout aussi efficace. Très flexible et transparent, ce qui est bien rare aujourd'hui.J'ai eu un petit souci après la réparation de mon Mac, et on a honoré la garantie offerte avec les réparations; je n'ai rien eu à payer de plus. Merci!

Mon expérience chez IPhoenix a été tout simplement incroyable. Je suis cinéaste et j'ai brisé le connecteur USB-C de ma caméra. Je cherchais quelqu'un qui était équipé en micro-soudure, et j'ai trouvé IPhoenix.Je pensais qu'on allait me répondre qu'ils ne faisaient que la réparation de produits Apple, mais non! Ils ont tout de même accepté de s'occuper de ma caméra!Non seulement leur prix est excellent, mais ils ont été très patients avec moi, et ont pris le temps de m'expliquer en détail toute la procédure. Des vrais PROS!Ils m'ont fait un suivi au jour le jour par message texte, avec des photos afin que je puisse comprendre exactement ce qui se passait.Ils ont commandé la pièce et effectué la réparation et ma caméra fonctionne maintenant comme une neuve. Cette réparation m'a sauvé plusieurs centaines de dollars.Je recommande définitivement leurs service! 100%MERCI!

Un mot : HonnêtetéÀ cause d'un problème d'écran sur mon macbookpro j'ai appelé Iphoenix pour faire estimer le prix de la réparation. Non seulement moins chère, ils m’ont dit qu’il y avait un recourt de Apple sur cette panne spécifique. Au lieu de me prendre la valeur de la réparation et de me laisser dans le néant sur ce recourt possible, Iphoenix a joué la carte de l’honnêteté en évitant de me faire payer une réparation (offerte par Apple!). J’ai rappelé Iphoenix pour les remercier de ce geste.Je n’hésiterais pas à confier mes ordis/téléphones à ces personnes grâce à cette situation.Encore une fois merci!!

I am absolutely shocked by the amazing and refreshing quality of service that iphoenix provides. iPhoenix repaired my non functioning MacBook for $130... around 10% of the cost the Apple Store quoted. After several repairs at the Apple Store while my MacBook was still under warranty, I kept experiencing difficulties with my MacBook. To be fair, I also exposed my MacBook to humidity/moisture which didn’t help. Eventually, my MacBook became unusable and stopped starting up. I took my MacBook to 2 other shops after the Apple Store, both shops said they could not help me and the last place I went to referred me to iphoenix. I am so happy they did! From the start, it was clear that I could rest easy knowing my MacBook was in good hands. Cédrick and his team were very caring, and took the time to educate me and walk me through their diagnostic and repair process. Cédrick’s core value of eco friendly, waste reducing, cost-minimizing yet meticulously thorough and accurate repairs was evident. I cannot recommend this service highly enough, I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much to Cédrick and his team. I am so grateful.
