Great location, well-structured building. The rent is a little high for the size of the studio. We had help from Adil, manager of the Dorchester, who was always helpful, from the beginning of our arrival, very friendly and always answering my questions.

I've been living here for 8 months now. The gym is great, study rooms are available 24/7 and the staff are super friendly. Not to mention that it is located within downtown, for a reasonable price too! 10/10 recommend.

I lived at The Dorchester for two years since first moving to Canada and it was a very smooth transition from home overseas to a new life in a new city! Everyone around is friendly, the managers are responsive, it's relatively quiet given Montreal's notorious thin walls, and the common spaces are proper & tidy. Location-wise, it's perfect for Concordia U. students. Plus, all security personnel are very helpful & friendly + the 24/7 security & safe package storage makes it a super secure area. Would recommend!
