Multi Visions

I ordered a cartridge for a Samsung printer which I received within a couple of days. I had an issue with the cartridge not printing correctly. I was contacted by Carim who rectified my issues right away, I therefore change my rating from 2 stars to 5 because I believe that situations do happen, and it is how they are rectified that matters too! Thanks Carim!!

Awesome customer service. Easy to pay - they send a link and it takes you to QuickBooks to pay and it lets you download, print or view the invoice. I was leery at first but it was a secure way of paying. I definitely recommend Multi Visions!

I do not recommend them. I had ordered some printer cartridges for an Epson printer. The printer kept recognizing it was not a genuine ink. Eventually it stopped printing in black and then stopped printing anything at all. We had to replace our printer and buy a new one. It was such a hassle even afterwards to get a refund back from Multi Visions for the printer cartridges. I was even ready to send them the full packed boxes back but the Manager kept on refusing and taking ownership of the faulty cartridges. Imagine if I had asked them to compensate for a new printer?!I wouldn't recommend ordering any cartridges from these guys at all.

This place is absolutely terrible, I would not recommend using their products at all. I purchased 2 toner cartridges in July 2017 and they were defective. I sent them a cheque for the faulty cartridges before I realized they were faulty. Multivisions sent me a slip to return the faulty cartridges and shipped out new ones. A couple days later, I began to receive invoices for all 4 of the cartridges. I contacted them and explained the situation, at which time I was told they had moved and hadn’t received my payment (and didn’t forward their mail through Canada Post - shady!). They also advised that they would reissue the invoice for the 2 cartridges, not 4. I sent a cheque to their new address paying for the cartridges that I actually kept and used. They then shipped me out 2 more cartridges that I didn’t order. I contacted them and they sent me a return slip which I used to send the cartridges back. Almost 6 months later, I STILL receive invoices from them for the returned cartridges. I do not owe them any money. They also still send me their sales emails and call my office to tell me about their deals, despite me demanding that they stop. I have dealt with Jason (sales), and Michael (accounting) and they have both talked to their manager and the owner about my issues but the problems continue to this day. It’s not worth the headache dealing with this company for the few dollars that you may save on refilled toner cartridges! Stay away!!!
