Gerard looked after my father in law who came into the city with hearing aids from another vendor in the city that gave him absolute no satisfaction or service. My father in law absolutely loves his hearing aids and cannot say enough about the professionalism, compassion and welcome feeling he experienced with Gerard.

Dr. Gerard is very professional and passionate about his service... He really cares for the patient and family and listens to them well! His caring attitude made the turning point to choose Hearing Life (Satisfaction Hearing when we met him)over the others. Other hearing centers were only concerned about getting sales but Dr. Gerard is really a patient advocate! To top it all, Hearing Life offers a very good deal in terms of payment plans. So far their product prices are the lowest compared to the other 5 hearing centers that we've gone through in the city. You will have a quality hearing at a very fair payment terms! Val (Dr. Gerard's assistant) is also very friendly and accommodating! I attended this business with my elderly mother, who is in her late 80s. The staff here is truly exemplary. We were treated with utmost respect, and the quality of service was Second To None. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of hearing assistance. The variety of hearing aids available is excellent, and I did not find that the audiologist was trying to up-sell us. He simply pointed out the differences in features and prices of their various products and made helpful recommendations to us.
