Working with Jeff was great at Dealerplan! He was fast to communicate each step of the way, and great to deal with.I've had no need to use it, but the extended warranty offered seems like one of the better ones in the industry, compared to some nightmares I've heard about. Jeff assured me that the warranty they carry is the best, which is why they carry it.

Jeff and Mellinda made my time here swell, they completely went to bat for me and got me approved but when I didn't get the interest rate I wanted, they didn't stop their they pulled some strings applied at a few more place and got me the interest rate I desired!I will definitely be backIf you want an easy going polite group of people to work with look no further!Nothing but winners here !
