Friendly staff. Good service. They of course have extreme peak business times and then lulls. I think all the 9ft vans have backup cameras. 110~ for 1day and 160km flat rate. The vans are clean but not spotless; but good enough for moving. I was satisfied.

Awful experience. When we got there to pick up our truck at 9:30am, a very clearly stoned teenager was working the desk. He made us wait while he texted on his phone for a good 5 minutes before helping us. When we returned the uhaul, they explained their process to us and it seemed rather simple. We made sure to clean the truck and fill the tank, do everything perfect. Still, uhaul charged us twice. I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to handle this, only once speaking to a very snooty young girl for a few seconds before the hold. Horrible time, extremely angry.

Booked a van online. Did the online check in the night before and picked up the van in minutes. Staff was very helpful and had the van up front and ready to go in no time. They also have any product you might need for last minute moving in the show room. Prices are very reasonable and the rental process was very smooth. Will definitely use them again.

I would have given a higher rating, but they didn't let me know to refill the tank. When I showed up they asked me to fill it, and then they closed the doors on me. It was a very pleasant experience up to that point. It made me feel like they were sloughing me off so that they didn't have to return my deposit.

Shane, the manager at this location is an exceptionally competent and kind man. He patiently answered my questions, and explained why I had been asked to come (in person) to fill out a change of address. I'm particularly impressed by Shane's sense of humour. It added JOY to our interaction.I also wish to commend the integrity of Josh, the young man who impressed me with his determination to make my entries entirely consistent with the law.Josh was humble enough to bring Shane to the service counter, because he feels compelled to follow the rules.I feel blessed to have rented a storage unit at this location. Everyone here is courteous, competent and honest.

Trying to get through to these guys is rancid, every time I called I was on hold for an extended period of time, the last time was 25+ minuetes. We rented a utility trailer and completely forgot to grab our light plug in, they forgot to mention it that we needed one you know we assumed they are renting us a trailer that everything to legally drive that trailer would be included but no. Our trailer is dented so make sure you do your once over and take pictures of everything. The 3 guys at the service desk are very unenthusiastic to be working they all seem like they hate there jobs. It’s just been a stressful day and it’s just started.

The first location did not have the guaranteed truck we booked. The call centre sent us to this westerns location. They were excellent. Very informative, concise, helpful as this was my first time renting. They answered every question professionally and reviewed the return process in detail, it was a breeze. Uhaul as credited me $50.00 for the lack of truck at the first location. Would definitely rent at the West end location again.

Absolutely horrible location first off I called thi store directly and get mis-gendered and caled sir by the staff there on June 25 2023 and I am a woman, so I hung up and called the toll free number they booked me the cargo van though this same store. I get to the store and get told that the two dollies that I reserved from my phone call and they said that they don't have them even though I reserved them. The Assistant manager didn't care and did nothing to help me even another customer in the store said I can't believe they won't do anything to help you. This store is horrible I would give them 0 stars if I could! Avoid this store at all costs! Staff are horrible here and don't care you won't get good customer service here! staff are utterly incomptent along with the assistant manager at this store.

The manager here, Chane, really went above and beyond for us! We drove a uhaul from Medicine Hat to Edmonton and unfortunately the original miles on the truck were about 600 off what they should have been (luckily we took a picture of the original mileage). So, instead of receiving our deposit back right away, the system showed that we owed over $600 in additional mileage fees. Chane guided me through the process of resolving this issue which included contacting the original uhaul in the hat, and also contacting his area rep, to ensure the mileage was corrected and we received our deposit back. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! And the whole time he maintained a positive and professional attitude. Thank you so much Chane!! You're amazing!

Tell exactly to employees what to do! Everyone has a different version of what to do to return the van!And make better gas solutions. I drove 18 miles and they charge me 9 liters of gas. That means to miles per liter???? Your efficiency on units is bad. Or you are stealing from costumers
