I had ordered fresh fruit cake for my wedding anniversaryI unfortunately couldnt find any fresh fruits in cake. Small pcs of shaved strawberry and kiwi would come out when we cut pastry out of cake.Most of the it is just strawberry and barely kiwi stuffed right in center.Most guests that ate cake pastry didnt got any fruits- i have attached picsI have also attached pics of cake and pastry cut from the same cake to support my reviewIts not fresh fruit cake.Its normal sponge cake with tiny shaved strawberry/kiwi that taste wont come when you eat.2 star as sponge is goodNot ordering againThanks

Beautiful cake, well decorated, great taste, was prepared by Hetesh with passion. My guests were very appreciative of the look of the cake with very good taste with quality. Kids were in love with it. Will definitely go back again and strongly recommend all others to try and taste yourself. The pricing is very reasonable. Great customer service.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter birthday and they exactly made the design as ordered. Not only the design the taste was awesome, everyone at the party liked it!

This place is in my neighborhood and I've been meaning to try it. So after work I stopped in. It's in a small stripe mall, in a corner and could easily be overlooked. There's lots of parking since none of the shops are supper busy, handicap parking is available.Walked it and I love the big windows. They have a display with hard ice cream as soon as you walk in. There's a bench for sitting inside and them a cold display for finished cakes and desserts. They have a soft ice cream mashine and a fancy looking coffee mashine too. Decided on a sundae, was going to get a chocolate one but the sauce wasn't a fudge, but more like a Hershey's sauce from a bottle. So I decided on a Strawberry one instead. My sundae was topped with some whipping cream and a cherry. The ice cream wasn't the best, guess I expected a richer and creamier soft serve. Paid $5.25 and I didn't think it was worth it, just my opinion.Could see the kitchen as the door was open. Didn't look the most organized or clean. I've worked in kitchens for years and guess I hoped to see something more professional.Happy I went and supported a small business. But, I don't see myself returning here.

We ordered two cakes for our daughter's birthday. We are quite pleased with our experience at Blasters! The cake looked great! Hetesh (owner) did well with making the cake look exactly how we wanted it to look.The cake itself was good too; it had good flavour and was not too dry or dense.The props chosen for the cake were the perfect fit!Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who are looking for nice cakes in reasonable price range.

Blasters Ice-Creams and Cake is a hidden gem of Edmonton.I ordered a cake for our 25th wedding anniversary. Owner Hitesh was very helpful in choosing the right size and design of the cake. It was delicious and all the guests liked that. I will definitely visit them again.
