Not a bad trailer park..it's a 55+ park so it's occupied by seniors. For the most part everyone minds their own business with a few exceptions. It's pretty quiet, people are friendly and it's quite large. The best part about it is it's located right across from Rotary Beach, it's like having the beach in your back yard! There is also a Taco food truck that's parked at the beach all summer long! For a couple bucks you can can grab a churro (sorry spelling) they are sooo good;)

Great park! Looks kind of out dated though! What's up with those 2 old houses on those multi million dollar lots across from the beach? Thier should be condos there!
