don't let the the appearance fool you! you can tell how long the owner has been in business and his focus on his workmanship rather than marketing from the older and less aesthetic interior design. I go to get top quality work from probably the most skilled jeweller in the city and reasonable prices for high quality stuff (not hip and trendy brands that are cheaply made...but he can probably order those for you too). can always trust Kim to give me the best advice and work! Honestly, this man can fix anything. would definitely recommend for all jewellery, clocks, & watch needs.

I bought a clock from the NFL store with my favourite team logo on it. Within a year the clock started working sporadically. I took it to Winnipeg Jewellers to see if it could be fixed. The owner was very friendly and took the time to explain that these types of clocks are not designed to last, they have cheap mechanisms in there as it's more about the look of the clock than if it will last a long time or not. He was quick to assure me that he could put in a new mechanism that would last a long time and would provide a 1 year warranty. He also replaced the hands in the clock with new ones and it looks a lot more high-end now. Will absolutely recommend and go back for any clock repair needs!

I took several watches to get the batteries replaced and I will pick them up another day. The owner is very personable and based upon my perspective of the owner, I will go back there again for service.

I was looking for a watch maker and this place was closest to my house which was pure luck. The owner had my Father's 45 year old Omega fixed and running within hours.Do not judge the quality of work based on the empty looking shop, I asked the owner and he said that he only does repair now and does not sell new merchandise. A great experience overall. My new go to place for all watch ( and clock) related issues

Really good service. I got my wife's pendant cleaned from here. The owner was humble and did an amazing job on the cleaning. Highly recommended.
