I honestly never take the time and effort to write reviews unless the company just hit it out of the ballpark, but this is just that case. I’ve been dealing with mortgages for a while and I never look forward to it, its just a hassle to do; or so I thought. When I started working with the guys at certified mortgage broker I was taken aback. They are VERY professional, easy to work with, quick and their rates are the best i’ve seen. It was honestly an absolute pleasure to work with these guys.

I used to do my mortgage with my bank, but honestly the long waiting times and the not so great rates were getting old. Decided to try a mortgage broker in Toronto by myself. After a bit of research I settled on a few and decided to give them a call and see what they could offer. Of the three, certified mortgage broker was by far the fastest and most responsive, not to mention their rates are great.

I gave Leon and his team a call and they spent a lot of time answering any questions I had and explaining everything. Don't normally leave reviews but I honestly had an awesome experience with Certified mortgage Broker. Called around a few places they had some OK rates but wasn't really sure if it was worth switching from my bank. I gave these guys a call and right away they were very knowledgable, answered all my questions, had some great rates and even gave me some recommendations. Ended up getting my mortgage with them and not regretting it in the slightest.

My husband and I bought our first place together a few weeks back and were looking for a mortgage broker. We used to do everything from a bank but the quality of the service was lacking, not to mention their turnaround times took forever. After browsing for a bit I decided to give certified mortgage brokers a shot; and am I glad I did. They are MUCH quicker, and more professional than a bank, they always pick up and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.

This isn't the first time I’ve used certified mortgage broker and it definitely wont be the last. I’ve closed a townhouse with these guys and have my mortgage refinance on my condo with them twice in the last 5 years. I really cant recommend them enough. Easy and fast to work with, readily available and friendly staff.

Because of my circumstances I didn’t have a lot of time to settle on a mortgage and needed to get everything done quickly. I found these guys online, looked at some reviews and decided to give them a shot. Was very impressed. We were tired of the high rates at banks and the long wait times so we decided to give a mortgage broker a show. After searching around and reading some reviews we decided to give Certified Mortgage Broker Vaughan a call. We had some questions and Leon took his time to explain everything to us. We ended up going for a fixed mortgage and are very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.
