Put up a review yesterday as the leggings I had taken were not tight enough at the bottom, however today when I went in the Lady was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help me, the problem was fixed in no time and just perfect for me, I would like to thank her for understanding and for great service given.

These guys are amazing, they can fix any thing and do am amazing job for a good price. They’ve handled suits, trouser adjustments replaced zips, without any problems and quickly. I Had two suits handmade that needed adjusting and they could even do that. I would recommend them 110% thanks Toni and Renata

Do not normally write reviews but thought ace alterations was worthy of a mention. Excellent local business in Dunfermline. Did a great job altering my waistcoat and trousers. I felt it was good value also.

The customer service here is appalling. The owner was extremely rude and aggressive when I told him the price I had been quoted which he disagreed with. I had agreed a price and a completion timeline with the lady that works there who was quite helpful. The owner informed me that he is the boss" in a very aggressive manner. I will not be back."

Gave them my jacket to repair pocket zip, told me they couldn't repair due to the type of material and they didn't have a waterproof zip. Agreed for them just to sew the zip up as it is my favourite jacketand I didn't want to be wandering round with the pocket gaping open. When I went to collect was in a hurry and she just stuffed my jacket in the bag, I paid £10 and went on my way. Got home to find the pocket amateurishly sewed up. Won't be going back.

I took a dress in that was not sitting right. The material was stretchy and the job tricky. The lady was skilled and took the time to get it looking right. Agreed time for picking up was met and the job was perfect. Wore to wedding feeling great. Surprised at how reasonable the price was. Great experience.

Needed waterproof motorcycle one piece taken in which seems like a huge and pricey job, but they were able to offer me a good price, excellent service and all it took just 1 week to wait. Couldn't be happier :)
